Preparation
- Dilute the complete solution 10x Buffer TE40 pH 7.4 (50 mL) by mixing with 450 mL ultrapure water.
- After dilution TE40 Buffer is ready for use (10 mM Tris, 40 mM NaCl, 50 µM EDTA, 50 µM EGTA and 0.05 % Tween20).
- The diluted buffer should be stored at 2-8°C.
Usage:
- Before using, gently mix the buffer solution.
- Dilute the buffer solution to the desired concentration if needed.
- Use the buffer as a running buffer for your experiments at pH 7.4.
Storage:
Store the product in the recommended conditions to maintain its shelf life.
