Installation Guide
- Step 1: Pre-installation test
Before running the video cable, test the rearview camera to ensure
proper operation. - Step 2: Connecting the trigger cable
If your main unit has a trigger cable A, connect it with trigger B.
If not, skip this step. - Step 3: Test the camera
Start the vehicle and put it in reverse to activate the camera and
verify its operation.
Camera Modes
- White Wire (Cable Blanco):
Rear View Camera Mode: Leave the white wire uncut for a
mirrored image when the camera faces the rear. Cut for a regular
image for front view mode. - Blue Wire (Cable Azul):
Choose between AHD mode (uncut) or CVBS mode (cut) based on your
radio’s compatibility. - Green Wire (Cable Verde):
Leave the green wire uncut for guideline display on screen to
assist in parking.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Can I open the camera cover?
A: No, opening the camera cover will lead to loss of
waterproofing.
Q: How do I switch between front and rear view?
A: Cut or leave the white wire uncut to switch between rear and
front view modes respectively.
Q: How do I know if my radio supports AHD video signals?
A: Please refer to your radio’s user manual to check video
signal compatibility. Ensure it accepts AHD 720P 25fps for this
camera.

CAUTION Do not open the camera cover, as it will lose its waterproofing. Avoid pointing the camera at bright or strong light sources, as this will affect its video capturing effectiveness.

CAMERA INSTALLATION GUIDE:

Step 1: Pre-installation test Before running the video cable, it is essential to test the rearview camera to ensure proper operation.
Step 2: Connecting the trigger cable (if applicable) If your main unit is equipped with a trigger cable A (Figure 1), you will need to connect it with trigger B. However, if your main unit does not have a cable release A, it is not necessary to make this connection (Figure 2).

Step 3: Test the camera Start the vehicle and put it in reverse to activate the camera and verify its operation.

SWITCHER CABLES TO ENABLE MORE FEATURES / CABLES DEL INTERRUPTOR PARA HABILITAR MÁS FUNCIONES
WHITE WIRE / CABLE BLANCO:
REAR VIEW CAMERA MODE: Leave the white wire uncut so that a correct (mirrored) image displays on your monitor when the camera is facing the rear of the vehicle.
MODO CÁMARA DE VISIÓN TRASERA: Deje el cable blanco sin cortar para que aparezca una imagen correcta (reflejada) en su monitor cuando la cámara esté orientada hacia la parte trasera del vehículo.
FRONT VIEW CAMERA MODE: Cut the white wire to obtain a regular (non-mirror) image when the camera is facing the front of the vehicle. This mode can be used as a front bumper camera or as a DVR inside the vehicle.

BLUE WIRE / CABLE AZUL:
AHD MODE: Leave the blue wire uncut to use this camera with radios or monitors that support AHD video signals. Some older or entry-level head units do not support AHD video signals. Please refer to your radio’s user manual to check video signal compatibility. For this camera, please check your radio settings to accept AHD 720P 25fps.
CVBS MODE: Cut the blue wire to use this camera with radios or monitors that use regular composite video signal.
MODO AHD: Deje el cable azul sin cortar para utilizar esta cámara con radios o monitores que admitan señal de vídeo AHD. GREEN WIRE / CABLE VERDE:
GUIDELINE ON: Leave the green wire uncut to keep the guidelines displayed on the screen at all times. These guides will help you park more easily and provide a reference for the distance and position of the vehicle in the parking spot.
GUIDELINE OFF: Cut the green wire to turn off the image guides. This option is useful when the camera is used as an in-vehicle DVR or as a front-facing camera on the windshield.
GUÍA ACTIVADA: Deje el cable verde sin cortar para que las guías se muestren en la pantalla todo el tiempo. Estas guías le ayudarán a estacionar más fácilmente y le proporcionarán una referencia de la distancia y posición del vehículo en el espacio de estacionamiento.
