Product Usage Instructions
Important Pre-Install Information
Before installing the Performance Module, ensure the following:
- Install on a cold engine: Allow the engine to cool for a minimum of 3 hours with the hood up, no opening or closing doors.
- Keep the Key fob away from the vehicle during the entire installation process.
Step 1-2 ICP Location for 2003 – 2004.5 Models:
- Locate the Injection Control Pressure Sensor (ICP) behind the turbo under the heatshield.
- Remove the heat shield to access the ICP sensor.
- Disconnect the factory harness from the ICP sensor.
- Connect the module’s male wiring harness to the ICP sensor.
Step 3-4 Module Connection and HP Selector Dial:
- Connect the factory ICP wiring harness to the performance module’s female wiring harness connector.
- Reinstall the heatshield, ensuring not to pinch the wiring harness.
- Plug the module connection harness into the module harness receptacle.
- Connect the white HP selector harness to the module receptacle.
Selector Dial Usage
The selector dial has four settings:
- Stock: Default setting
- Low: For towing heavy and low traction situations
- Med: Moderate towing and ideal for everyday driving
- High: Ideal for empty highway driving and best mileage gains
Ensure the selector dial remains connected to maintain your desired setting. Avoid rapidly changing between settings for optimal performance.

Important Pre-Install Info
NOTE: “Install on a cold engine”
Be sure your truck has been off with the hood up until the engine is cold -minimum 3hrs. (no opening or closing doors) before installing your module.
*If your Truck has a Key fob, it must be away from the vehicle for the entire installation process.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION
- Step 1-2
NOTE: ICP LOCATION FOR 2003 – 2004.5- Locate the Injection Control Pressure Sensor (ICP) It is behind the turbo and hidden from sight under the heatshield. Remove the heat shield to access the ICP sensor.
- Disconnect the factory harness from the ICP sensor.
- Connect the module’s male wiring harness to the ICP sensor.

- Connect the factory ICP wiring harness to the performance module’s female wiring harness connector.
- Reinstall heatshield. Be sure not to pinch the wiring harness.
- Plug the module connection harness into the module harness receptacle.
- Connect the white HP selector harness to the module receptacle.
- Connect the factory ICP wiring harness to the performance module’s female wiring harness connector.

NOTE: ICP LOCATION FOR 2004.5 to 2007- The ICP sensor from 2004.5 to 2007 is located on the passenger side valve cover.
- Follow the install instructions on pages 3 and 4
- You can install the HP selector dial under the hood area from moving parts and directly engine, or orrough the firewall, and into the cab.

Selector Dial
- The selector dial plugs into the small white connector, located on the module’s main harness.
- Low: Towing heavy and low-traction situations.
- Med: Moderate towing and ideal for everyday driving situations.
- High: Ideal for empty highway driving. Use for best mileage gains.
- The selector dial must remain connected to maintain your desired setting. You can run the selector into the cab or mount it under the hood.
Check Engine Light or Hard Start
In the event you experience a “check engine light” after installing your PRO Module, it is most likely due to your truck’s ECM not being asleep upon installation. (refer to page 3, Pre-install) There are two options to remedy this issue: “hard start”
- Uninstall your PRO Module and allow the truck to sit with the hood up without opening /closing doors for a minimum of 15 minutes. Then, reinstall the Module per the instructions.
- Leaving your Pro Module installed, disconnect the negative terminal from the battery for 5 minutes for a full system reset.
In the event you experience a “hard start,” it is most likely due to a bad or partial connection. To remedy this issue:
* Check all connections to ensure they are secure and snapped in completely.
