Product Usage Instructions
Step 1: Anchor Installation
Use a hammer to place anchors inside the holes provided.
Step 2: Installation of Pipe Clamps
- Place the pipe clamps with a nut in the thread of the anchors.
- Rotate clockwise till the full thread of the nut and tighten securely.
Step 3: Water Line Connections
Note: It is recommended to use softened or treated water to prevent mineral deposits in the bubbler.
Check every three months for foreign deposits and clean as needed. Ensure correct installation of check valve with push-to-connect feature for a maximum pressure of 16 bar.
Step 4: IPS NCG Purge Line Connections
- Connect male thread M16x1.5 with gasket to IPS8 purging line.
- Install a check valve with push-to-connect feature for a maximum pressure of 16 bar.
- Avoid installing the bubbler above IPS vertical level.
Principle of Operation
- Non-condensable gases from IPS8 heat exchanger trigger air purging solenoid valve and water solenoid valve.
- Ammonia concentration is absorbed into water as gases flow through the water bubbler.
- The water with absorbed ammonia flows to a drain line. Ensure no liquid traps by avoiding bends along the drain line piping.

- Q: Is the water solenoid valve included in the package?
A: No, the water solenoid valve is not included. It needs to be purchased separately and connected to Digital Output, DO15. - Q: What is the recommended water valve for this product?

Recommended steel stud anchors for concrete.
(Included in two sizes 3” inch and 2¼” long).
Thread size 3⁄8”-16.
Step 2: Installation Pipe Clamps
