1.1 Product Introduction
The LED indoor display module adopts ultra-small dot pitch, enabling it to achieve extremely high resolution indoors and presenting breathtakingly clear image effects. It has a wide viewing angle, and regardless of viewing from top, bottom, left, or right, the colors remain true and vibrant, meeting the needs of viewing from different angles. It uses a three-in-one LED, with excellent RGB color mixing effect, making the color display more vivid and the image more realistic.
The screen body occupies a small volume, the box is lightweight, and it features a high-density fullcolor indoor screen. The display image is detailed and realistic. It adopts surface-mount packaging technology, has good uniformity, brightness and viewing angle, and enables quick installation and disassembly, saving your precious time and labor costs.
The LED module adopts matte black lamps with high-grade chip packaging from globally renowned manufacturers, which ensures the lifespan and display quality of the display screen.
The driving IC uses high refresh rate and high grayscale constant current driving ICs from top global manufacturers, with excellent driving performance and high reliability.
The PCB board adopts multi-layer circuit design to ensure uniform current distribution on the lamp board, good heat dissipation, and prevent color blocks from appearing under low grayscale conditions, enhancing the anti-electromagnetic interference ability.
The connectors use high-quality connectors, with no wiring connections inside the box, ensuring stability and reliability.
The dedicated 14BIT high grayscale, high refresh rate constant current IC for driving and control has a unique blanking circuit to protect the LED and prevent sudden voltage leakage.

2. Installation or Configuration
User Manual
2.1 Module Installation Requirements
Fixed module screws The fixed module uses M4 screws. The length of the screw protruding from the box should not exceed 5mm. GB9074.4 screws (as shown in the following figure, the spring washer, washer and screw cannot be separated) can be used to reliably fix the module. Where the box structure does not allow the use of GB9074.4 screws, GB818 screws (see the following figure) can be used. For screw selection and naming methods, please refer to the corresponding national standards.

Module magnetic insertion installation Based on the size of the display screen and the module size, the steel frame is designed and manufactured. Generally, 40mm×40mm square steel is used. After the steel frame is installed on-site, the receiving card, power supply, and wires are installed on the steel frame. The magnetic column is installed on the module, and the power line and ribbon of the module are connected. Then, the module is magnetically attached to the steel frame.
2.3 Module Signal Connection Method
The signal wiring of the module is installed in a split connection manner. The split connection can provide a higher refresh rate and better display effect. Each row of the module is respectively connected to the receiving card using a long wiring line. The specific load quantity is the interface number multiplied by 1.

3. FAQ
1. What should I do if the data fails to load? Follow the steps below to troubleshoot. Step 1: Check if the control system hardware has been powered on correctly (+5V). Step 2: Verify and confirm that the serial port cable connecting the controller is a straight-through cable, not a crossover cable. Step 3: Check that the serial connection cable is intact and there is no looseness or detachment at both ends. Step 4: If the above steps are ineffective, use a multimeter to measure whether the serial port of the connected computer or control system hardware is damaged.
2. The system prompts “Please connect the LED display controller”. What should I do? Follow the steps below to troubleshoot. Step 1: Observe whether the power connection line, the wiring between the unit board and the board, and the indicator lights of the power module are normal. Step 2: Use a multimeter to measure the voltage output of the unit board and the power module to ensure it is normal. Adjust the fine-tuning to reach the standard.
3. What are the causes and solutions for the black screen on the LED display? Follow the steps below to troubleshoot. Step 1: Check that all hardware has been powered on correctly. Step 2: Check if the serial port cable connecting the controller is loose or disconnected. Step 3: Confirm the connection is correct, including whether the connection between the HUB distribution board and the display is tightly connected and not reversed.
4. How to solve the problem when the LED display module fails to light up continuously or shows abnormalities (such as large areas of black screen or distorted patterns)? Follow the following steps for troubleshooting. Step 1: First, check if the signal lines and power lines are properly connected. If necessary, replace the lines. Step 2: If the module does not light up, check the power supply part (you can use a multimeter to check). Step 3: If there is a distorted pattern, check the signal input. If the problem persists, you can replace the lines.
5. What should I do if a single module of the LED display doesn’t light up? Follow the following steps to troubleshoot.
Step 1: Check if the power supply of this module is working properly. Mainly, check if the power socket on the module is loose.
Step 2: If the entire module shows color confusion or inconsistent colors (but there is signal input and a correct picture), it indicates poor contact between the transmission cables. Reinsert or replace the cables that have been tested.
Step 3: If replacing the good cables still causes the same problem, check if there is a problem with the interface on the PCB board.
