Product Usage Instructions

1. Wearing the Heart Rate Monitor

It is recommended to wear the device on your bicep or forearm
skin of either hand. Fasten the strap snugly and adjust it to stay
in place during activity. Find the best position and length of the
strap for accurate data. Ensure it fits snugly on your skin for
proper operation.

2. Checking Battery Level

While in shutdown state, tap the button to check the battery
level indicated by the colors green, orange, and red corresponding
to different percentages.

3. Powering On

Before powering on, ensure you have worn the heart rate monitor.
Press and hold the button to turn it on. The indicator light will
flash red and green alternately for about 5 seconds as it analyzes
and calculates the current heart rate. It will then continue normal
operation with the indicator light flashing according to heart rate
values.

4. Shutdown

The heart rate monitor will automatically shut down after being
removed from the skin and left idle for 5 minutes. Alternatively,
you can turn it off by briefly pressing the button.

5. Charging

Use the magnetic charging interface for charging. The indicator
light will flash slowly in red during charging and remain green
when fully charged. Avoid metal objects during charging and unplug
after charging.

Q: Can the heart rate monitor be worn during cold weather?

A: In cold environments, reduced blood flow may affect accuracy.
It is recommended to wear the monitor under warm clothing and warm
up before use.

Q: How should I clean the sensor of the heart rate
monitor?

A: Sweat or debris may interfere with the sensor. Wipe and
reposition the monitor if needed for optimal performance.

Getting Sta ed Guide

1 Wearing It is recommended to wear the device on your bicep or forearm skin of either hands. Fasten the strap and adjust it to t snugly and stay in place during activity. 2 Check batte level
While in shutdown state, tap the button, and the indicator will light up for 2 seconds to indicate the batte level.

Before powering on, please ensure that you have worn

the hea rate monitor. To turn it on, press and hold the

button. Upon powering on, the indicator light will ash

red and green alternately for approximately 5 seconds

as it analyzes and calculates the current hea rate.

After this initial phase, it will begin normal operation.

While the hea rate monitor is functioning, the

indicator light will continue ashing at the same

frequency as the hea rate, and its color will change

based on the hea rate value.

Green light: hea rate80 BPM

Orange light: 80 BPM hea rate 140 BPM

Red light: hea rate 140 BPM

4 Shutdown

The hea rate monitor will automatically shut down

after being removed from the skin and left idle for 5

minutes, or you can turn it o by brie y pressing the

button. The indicator light will turn o after shutdown.

5 Charging
The device uses a magnetic charging inte ace, and the indicator light will ashes slowly in red when charging, and the green light will be always on when it is full. Please avoid metal objects while charging, and peel o the plug in time after charging.
