Product Usage Instructions
- Remove all necessary parts to disconnect the negative battery cable from the battery.
- Remove the OEM headlight from the mounting block and disconnect the headlight.
- Remove the headlight harness from inside the frame on the left side, to unplug the connector remove the rubber grommet and connector block.
- Connect the newly supplied Adapter Harness to the headlight connector inside the frame push back the rubber grommet and route the Adapter Harness through forks out the front.
- Cut about 1 inch of the plastic headlight ring material away for fitment.
- Install the fairing and hardware on the motorcycle. Tighten all hardware using 20 x 1/2 Socket Allen Head Bolts and Washers.

Note: Harley-Davidson® Models must use Memphis Shades Road Warrior® Fairings PN: MEM7371/2330-0165, MEM7391/2330-0193, MEM7421/2330-0203, or MEM7451/2330-0217. Indian Models must use Memphis Shades Road Warrior® Fairings PN: MEM7371/2330-0165, MEM7511/2330-0269, or MEM7531/2330-0271.
ATTENTION
- Please read all the information below before Installation.
Warning: Disconnect negative battery cable from the battery; refer to the owner’s manual. Failure to do so may result in electrical shock, injury, or fire. Secure the negative battery cable away from the positive side of the battery and all other posi-tive voltage sources on a vehicle.
Safety First: Always wear appropriate safety gear including safety glasses when performing any electrical work. It is highly recommended that safety glasses be worn throughout this installation process. Be sure the vehicle is on a level surface, secure and cool.
Note: Complies with SAE and DOT standards for high and low-beam motor-cycle headlamps.
Cleaning: Take special care in cleaning the finish. Never use abrasive polishes or cleaners as these can scratch the finish.
Installation
- Remove all necessary parts to disconnect the negative battery cable from the battery.
- Remove Memphis Shades Road Warrior® if already installed on the motorcycle.
- Remove the OEM headlight from the mounting block and disconnect the headlight.
- Remove the headlight harness from inside the frame on the left side, to unplug the connector remove the rubber grommet and connector block. Shown in Figure 1.
- Connect the newly supplied Adapter Harness to the headlight connector inside the frame push back the rubber grommet and route Adapter Harness through forks out the front. Note: For 18+ Softails use SD2-18ST, for Dyna use SD2-DYNA-HARN, and for Indians and all others use Universal SD2-UNV-HARN. Adapter Harnesses and wiring for Universal are shown in Figure 2,
- Trim plastic headlight ring on Memphis Shades Road Warri-or® Fairing so the Shark Demon® 2 LED Headlight will fit into the fairing opening with side cutters, a Dremel tool, or a cut-off wheel. Shown in Figure 3. Note: Cut about 1” of the plastic headlight ring material away for fitment.
- Fit Shark Demon® 2 LED Headlight into the Memphis Shades Road Warrior® Fairing, place SD2-MSRW Brackets on top of Memphis Shades® mounting brackets, and use supplied 1/4-20 x 1/2” Socket Allen Head Bolts and Washers. Use supplied M6-1.0 x 14mm Hex Head Bolts and Washers to mount the SD2-MSRW Bracket to the Shark Demon® 2 LED Headlight do not tighten at this time. Shown in Figure 4.
- Install Memphis Shades Road Warrior® Fairing and Shark Demon® 2 LED Headlight as an assembly onto the motorcycle using Memphis Shades® mounting hardware and plug-in headlight connector. Shown in Figure 5. Note: Re-fer to Memphis Shades® installation instructions for installing the fairing and hardware to motorcycle.
- Straighten and adjust Memphis Shades Road Warrior® Fairing and tighten ALL hardware.
- Replace all necessary parts to reconnect the negative bat-tery cable to the battery.
- Test the operation of the Shark Demon® 2 LED Headlight.
- Aim Shark Demon® 2 LED Headlight by loosening the 4 M6 Hex Head Bolts. Note: Scan the QR Code below for specific instructions on proper measurements for aiming the headlight.
