1.3. Electrical/Mechanical Specifications
The PDP 2.0 has been thoroughly tested with a nominal voltage of 12-24V at up to 120A. Actual nominal voltage and current is dependent on the power supply, breakers/fuses and the devices being powered via the PDP 2.0. The PDP 2.0 can theoretically withstand outputs of up to 600V at 40A.

2.2. Wiring the PDP 2.0
Begin with placing the input wire terminals on the exposed stand-offs so that they sit flush. With the terminals flush, add the split washer and secure with an M6 x 1 (10mm) bolt. Tighten to snug or to 2.5Nm of torque.
It is not recommended to exceed 2.5Nm of torque or permanent damage could occur.
Ensure the split washer is installed underneath the screw head, to prevent the screw loosening due to vibrations.
The PDP 2.0 has 24 lever actuated WAGO slots that can be used for wiring outputs. These slots support a maximum of 10 AWG wire and a recommended minimum of 22 AWG wire. To insert wire into one of the positive or negative outputs, insert a PDP level tool (or other sturdy flat edge) into the top slot.

The flat edge should sit flush toward the top of the slot. While applying a small amount of pressure into the PDP (to prevent the tool from “skipping” out of the slot), pry the slot open, pushing toward the PDP. You should be able to feel and see an area where wire can be inserted in the circular cutouts. Insert wire that is stripped to 3/8″.
Improperly stripped wire may result in excessive current draw and device power failures. Ensure wire is stripped to 3/8″ and that wire is firmly clamped inside of the WAGO
