Product Usage Instructions:

Installation:

1. Turn on the display and wait for it to be fully booted.
2. Ensure the source is set to COS.
3. Insert the Android module in the module slot:
   • Remove the screws and take the plate out, keeping the screws in
     a safe location.
   • Tighten the Wi-Fi antennas clockwise and insert the Android
     module in the slot.
   • Fasten the module by turning the screws back in place.
4. Wait for the Android module to start automatically. The default
   source will change to the new module.
5. Hard power off using the power switch and reboot after 10
   seconds.
6. Complete the installation wizard.

Configuration:

Setup Sphere Remote Management Tool: Activation
is handled from the wizard. Refer to the Sphere user manual for
more details.

Screen Usage: The software is similar to Riva
R2. Refer to the Riva R2 user manual for application and
functions.

Hidden Android Settings – Android Dealer Menu:
Access advanced settings through the dealer menu by following
specific steps.

Uninstallation:

1. Factory reset with module inserted from the dealer menu.
2. Turn off the display (hard power off).
3. Remove the module.
4. Perform factory reset using USB stick and updating to the same
   firmware version.
5. If purchased before, EShare license will automatically set if
   internet connection is available. Alternatively, re-enter original
   license key.
6. Return unused modules to CTOUCH if purchased as part of a
   subscription.

INSTALL THE MODULE PREPARATION
enjoying the possibilities of the upgradeable Android module to the full extend, requires: · In case of a Riva display: firmware 1010 or newer, available via OTA
Alternatively you can update to FW1010 with USB before inserting the module · In case of a Laser Sky or a Laser Nova display: firmware 1036 or newer.

INSTALLATION
1. Turn on the display and wait for it to be fully booted. 2. Make sure source is set to COS 3. Insert Android module in module slot:

and insert the Android module in the module slot.

1. Logout to access lockscreen 2. Tap on lock-icon on lockscreen
6 times and enter dealer PIN to access the advanced Android settings.
