Radio Channels
The phones use World Mode (802.11d) to
determine operating channels and transmit powers.
Intended Use
This product is a collaboration endpoint for use primarily in an office environment.

Safety Instructions – Warnings

Only trained and qualified personnel should be allowed to install, replace, or service this equipment.

No user-serviceable parts inside. To avoid risk of electric shock, do not open. Installation of the equipment must comply with local and national electrical codes.

Modification Statement (§15.21):
Changes or modifications to the equipment not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user’s authority to operate the equipment.
Compliance Statement (§15.19): This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.
Class A Interference Statement (§15.105a): This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class A digital device, pursuant to Part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference when the equipment is operated in a commercial environment. This equipment generates, uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the instruction manual, may cause harmful interference to radio communications. Operation of this equipment in a residential area is likely to cause harmful interference in which case the user will be required to correct the interference at his own expense.

Interference Statement

This Device complies with Industry Canada License-exempt RSS standard(s). Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference, including interference that may cause undesired operation of the device. 5150-5250 MHz is limited to use indoor only. The use of 5600-5650 MHz is restricted.
Exposure statement (§2.1091)

To comply with FCC/IC RF exposure limits for general population / uncontrolled exposure, the antennas used for this transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20 cm from all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.
EU Directive 2014/53/EU – Compliance Information for the Cisco Collaboration series Wireless LAN products.
Scope
The information in this document is applicable to the Cisco Collaboration series wireless LAN products that currently includes the DX series, Room series and Cisco Spark Board. These products are intended to be placed on the market within the European Union, Lichtenstein, Switzerland, Iceland, Norway, Turkey and other countries that have implemented the EU Directive 2014/53/EU.
Simplified EU Declaration of Conformity
This declaration is only valid for configurations (combinations of software, firmware and hardware) provided and/or supported by Cisco Systems for use within the EU or countries that have implemented the EU Directives and/ or spectrum regulation.
The use of software or firmware not supported/provided by Cisco Systems may result that the equipment is no longer compliant with the regulatory requirements.
This equipment is in compliance with the essential requirements and other relevant provisions of Directive 2014/53/ЕU.
