INITIAL SET UP
- Enter the menu by pressing the Down/Menu (↓) button on top of the unit.
- Use the Up/Down (↑/↓) buttons to navigate to Advanced Settings and press ‘OK’ to enter the Advanced Settings Menu.
- Use the Up/Down (↑/↓) to navigate to the Date & Time Settings and press ‘OK’ .
- Press Up/Down (↑/↓) to set the date.
- Press ‘OK’ to confirm selected number, and to move to the next, until the date and time is set.

Product Usage Instructions
Initial Set Up:
Battery Installation:
- Open the battery compartment located on the bottom of the Cycloptic.
- Insert (2) CR123 batteries into the battery compartment following the indicated polarity symbols.
- Close and tighten the battery compartment cover.
SD Card Installation:
- Ensure the unit is powered OFF before inserting or removing the Micro SD card.
- Insert the Micro SD card with the pins facing opposite the battery slots.
- Replace the battery compartment cover and power the unit ON.
Button Map:
Focus Adjustment:
The focus ring is located at the objective end of the scope. Rotate the ring to adjust focus until your sight picture is sharp and in focus.
Time and Date Setting:
- Press the Down/Menu button to enter the menu.
- Navigate to Advanced Settings and select Date & Time Settings.
- Set the date and time using the Up/Down buttons and confirm with OK.
- Use Zoom/Exit button to exit to the previous menu.
Recording:
- Ensure a Micro SD card is installed.
- To start recording, press the Record button; press again to stop recording.

BATTERY TYPES / INSTALLATION
The Cycloptic requires (2) 3.0V CR123 batteries (lithium recommended).
- Open the battery compartment located on the bottom of the Cycloptic.
- Insert (2) CR123 batteries into the battery compartment as indicated by the (+/-) symbols on the inside of the unit.
- Close and tighten the battery compartment cover.
Change the battery when Power Icon is empty, or unit no longer powers on.
SD CARD / INSTALLATION
The Cycloptic requires an 8GB-32GB Micro SD card to support video recording. Be sure to use a Class 10 or higher-rated Micro SD card (such as UHS-I U3 or V30 and above) to ensure stable recording of high-quality video if planning to use the 4K option in settings.
- Verify that the unit is powered OFF. Before inserting or removing the memory card, the Cycloptic must be turned OFF. Failing to do so may cause loss or damage to videos which are recorded in the memory card.
- Open the battery compartment located on the bottom of the Cycloptic and insert the Micro SD card with the pins facing opposite the battery slots. Then, replace the battery compartment cover.
- Power the unit ON.
Note: The screen will display “No card” when Payback or Record button is pressed if no Micro SD card is installed. When Micro SD card is full, the viewing screen shows “Memory Full”.
FOCUS ADJUSTMENT
The Cycloptic features manual focus adjustment. To adjust focus, locate the focus ring at the objective end of the scope (opposite the viewfinder). With your target in view, rotate the focus ring until your sight picture is sharp and in focus.
Note: Focus adjustment may be necessary depending on viewing distance.
TIME AND DATE
The time and date is displayed in MMDDYY HH:MM; format. Follow the steps below to set the Time and Date:
- Enter the menu by pressing the Down/Menu (↓) button on top of the unit.
- Use the Up/Down (↑/↓) buttons to navigate to Advanced Settings and press ‘OK’ to enter the Advanced Settings Menu.
- Use the Up/Down (↑/↓) to navigate to the Date & Time Settings and press ‘OK’ .
- Press Up/Down (↑/↓) to set the date.
- Press ‘OK’ to confirm selected number, and to move to the next, until the date and time is set.
- Use the ‘Zoom/Exit’ button to exit to the previous menu.
RECORDING
- Verify that you have a Micro SD card installed in the Micro SD card slot.
- To start recording, simply press the (Record/↑) button on the Cycloptic.
- Press (Record/↑) again to stop recording.

WARNING
NEVER attempt to look at or view the sun using an optic. Permanent eye damage will result should you attempt to do so. Make certain your crossbow is unloaded and uncocked when attempting to make adjustments to optics. NEVER shoot a crossbow anywhere other than an approved shooting range. Strictly follow the warning and precautionary statements included with your crossbow instruction manual. DO NOT attempt to disassemble or clean the optic internally. Attempting to disassemble the optic immediately voids the warranty and will render the optic unusable.
As required, wipe the external optical surfaces with the provided lens cloth or an optical quality lens paper. Remove any external dirt or sand with gentle air pressure (i.e., canned compressed air) and a soft brush to avoid scratching the lens finish. When used in a salty environment, wipe the optic with a damp cloth, then with a dry cloth. Wipe down the metal portions of the optic with a silicone cloth to protect against corrosion. Do not spray with a silicone lubricant aerosol. Store this optic in a moisture-free environment. AVOID STORING the optic in passenger compartments or trunks of vehicles as temperature can adversely affect the optic’s internal lubricants and sealants. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY AND/ OR PROPERTY DAMAGE.
