Product Introduction

The AUTOOL OD760 is a pneumatic oil drainer and extractor with a convenient drawer for easy oil collection. It is designed to drain and extract oil from various automotive systems efficiently.

CAUTIONS

Before using the product, please pay attention to the following instructions.

• The air compressor must maintain a stable 7 bar+ pressure.
• The gas supply pipe requires a diameter of 10mm.
• Ensure your air compressor produces dry gas.
• Do not use the equipment for functions not listed in this manual.
• Waste oil should be properly disposed of/recycled according to the relevant regulations of the authorities.
• For repair services, please get in touch with the dealer or manufacturer. Do not attempt to repair it yourself.
• The manufacturer will not be responsible for any damages to the machine or injuries to personnel resulting from non-compliance with regulations, and no warranty will be provided.
• Do not alter or disassemble equipment without authorization; serious consequences may occur, and the manufacturer is not liable.
• Avoid using the lifting rod as a handle; secure loose adjusting screws.
• Immediately shut off the air supply and inspect for leaks if detected during operation.
• Maintain air supply pressure within the specified range for proper equipment function.
• Handle extracted waste oil with care (40~80°C) to prevent burns.
• Wear gloves and goggles for eye and hand protection. Always keep the engine off during operation.
• Avoid extracting gasoline, diesel, or liquids with methanol, ketones, or flammables.
• After draining the used oil, make sure to quickly pour it from the measuring cup into the tank to keep the cup in good shape and make it last longer.
• No need to close the measuring cup drain valve after emptying waste oil.
• After operations, release the equipment pressure, clean it, and handle it carefully to prevent damage or injury.
• During operation, fireworks and firecrackers are strictly prohibited, and keep away from high temperatures, high pressures, and flammable or explosive areas.

OPERATIONS INSTRUCTION

Installation

• Attach wheels.
• Rotate the measuring cup assembly in a clockwise direction to mount it onto the positioning seat of the oil storage tank. Fix it in place after confirming the correct orientation of the measuring cup assembly.
• Attach the transparent hose (I) to the measuring cup.
• Secure the lifting rod (P) and tray by turning them clockwise.
• After installation, ensure the lifting rod is perpendicular to the equipment.
• Adjust the height of the lifting rod tray by clockwise rotation for locking, counterclockwise rotation for release.

Measuring cup for oil extraction

• Press and rotate the measuring cup press valve (B) to the middle slot position to close the measuring cup press valve (B). Close the oil extraction hose valve (H) and attach the oil extraction needle (X) of the corresponding model.
• Attach the air source to the air inlet (D).
• The negative pressure gauge holder (C) should move to 0.06~0.08 MPa, then stop pressurization.
• Insert the oil extraction needle (X) into the engine compartment
• and open the oil extraction hose valve (H) for sucking.

Measuring cup for oil draining

• When the oil level in the measuring cup reaches the warning line, empty the waste oil from the measuring cup.
• Press and rotate the measuring cup’s press valve (B) to the top left or right slot position (valve open). Waste oil inside the measuring cup will automatically flow into the oil storage tank.

NOTE

• To prolong the service life of the measuring cup assembly, do not close the measuring cup drain valve when not emptying oil into the oil storage tank.
• When the waste oil temperature exceeds 60°C, it may cause damage to equipment components!

Waste oil recycling

• Use a lifting device to raise the vehicle to a suitable height.
• Ensure a safe working environment and position the equipment under the vehicle engine with the oil catch pan aligned with the engine’s drain hole.
• Unscrew the vehicle’s engine oil drain plug.
• The waste oil will be discharged into the storage tank through the oil catch pan.

Waste oil discharge from the oil storage tank

• Press and rotate the measuring cup’s press valve (B) to the middle slot position to close the valve.
• Close the oil discharge valve (T).
• Close the air inlet valve (Q).
• Attach the air supply to the air inlet.
• Open tank air inlet valve promptly to pressurize the oil tank. Once the oil tank pressure reaches a certain level, the safety valve (R) will pop up and close automatically. Then open the oil discharge valve (T) for discharge.
• When pressure surpasses the threshold set for the check safety valve (W), it automatically releases pressure, closes the air inlet valve (Q), and stops pressurization.
• After discharging, unplug the air source and release tank pressure by opening the air inlet valve (Q).

MAINTENANCE SERVICE

Maintenance

To maintain the performance and appearance of the product, it is recommended that the following product care guidelines be read carefully：

• Be careful not to rub the product against rough surfaces or wear the product, especially the sheet metal housing.
• Please regularly check the product parts that need to be tightened and connected. If found loose, please tighten it in time to ensure the safe operation of the equipment. The external and internal parts of the equipment in contact with various chemical media should be frequently treated with anti-corrosion treatment, such as rust removal and painting, to improve the corrosion resistance of the equipment and extend its service life.
• Comply with the safe operating procedures and do not overload the equipment. The safety guards of the products are complete and reliable.
• Unsafe factors are to be eliminated in time. The circuit part should be checked thoroughly, and the aging wires should be replaced in time.
• Adjust the clearance of various parts and replace worn (broken) parts. Avoid contact with corrosive liquids.
• When not in use, please store the product in a dry place. Do not store the product in hot, humid, or non-ventilated places.

WARRANTY

From the date of receipt, we provide a three-year warranty for the main unit, and all the accessories included are covered by a one-year warranty.

Warranty access

• The repair or replacement of products is determined by the actual breakdown situation of the product.
• It is guaranteed that AUTOOL will use a brand new component, accessory, or device in terms of repair or replacement.
• If the product fails within 90 days after the customer receives it, the buyer should provide both video and picture, and we will bear the shipping cost and provide the accessories for the customer to replace it free of charge. While the product is received for more than 90 days, the customer will bear the appropriate cost, and we will provide the parts to the customer for replacement free of charge.

These conditions below shall not be within the warranty range

• The product is not purchased through official or authorized channels.
• The product breaks down because the user does not follow the prod-uct instructions to use or maintain the product.
