What is the voltage rating of the speaker? Does it support 100 – 240V for worldwide use? Thank you
Yes, 110 and 220 volt. Comes with 2 cables too, to fit USA and European wall outlers.
Why does this speaker loudly and obnoxiously beep at me when I adjust the volume?
That obnoxiously loud beeping only occurs when the maximum volume is reached. That beep is telling you “quit pressing the volume button, I’m as loud as I can go!” If you stop pressing the volume button after the first beep, you won’t hear it again. Remember to make sure your Bluetooth volume on the phone is all the way up to get the maximum volume. I keep the T3 volume at max and control music volume on my phone.
Can the battery be replaced? How much is it?
Yes, the battery is replaceable; however, we do not stock spare batteries on Amazon as of the moment. Please contact us directly through our website.
How would I connect a microphone to it?
These are not designed to work with a microphone and do not have any dedicated microphone inputs. You may be able to find a microphone that could plug into the aux input but we have not tested this and cannot vouch for the quality this would provide.
What Bluetooth codecs are supported?
It plays the standards codec codes if you want a different code to verify you need to go to settings, go to build hit the 5 times and you should receive your options to be in charge of your entire build of your phone.
I can no longer connect any devices. How do I factory reset?
To perform a factory reset, click the settings icon on the speaker in My Speakers view. Then click Info -» Restore to factory settings. Your speaker will now reset.
Does it come with a 1 or 2 year warranty? Thanks.
No I doesn’t I believe but Audio pro will help with reasonable issues; they do take a bit longer. The sound is great but my battery did not charge and I couldn’t use it without plugging it in.
Can these be paired with a second one? (Fuller “stereo” sound)
You can pair the Audio Pro AddonC3, Not T3.

The T3 power system is 25W RMS.
Why is the volume control not controlling my iPad?
You can control the volume from your iPad but is the source, not the equipment.

It can be purchased alone and totally wireless-oriented. No need of any other plugins or additional accessories.
