User instruction:
- Check the product for damage.
- It is important to pre-oil the caster wheels to insure ease of operation.
- Before using food transporter systems, make sure to open the doors and clean the inner pan compartments thoroughly with mild food safe cleaning solution.
- Always place food in container with the cover secured.
- Ensure that the molded handles and latches are properly closed.
- Vent cap on the front door can be adjusted to equalize the pressure of outside and inner compartment, making it easier to open the door.
