PAIRING THE MYMERLINPU
PATIENT APP (APP1005) FOR .OS
my Merlin Pulse App
Follow these steps to successfully pair the implanted device to the myMerlinPulseTM app when receiving the “App Not Paired” notification.
STEP 1
Upon receipt of the message “Your app is no longer paired with your heart device” please click the message to follow the steps to re-pair the myMerlinn” Pulse app with the device.
STEP 2
Select “Pair Now.”
STEP 3
Enter the Date of Birth and Device Serial Number from the Patient ID Card. Press the arrow to continue.
STEP 4
Select “Pair Now,” and the pairing process will begin.
STEP 5
While pairing is in progress, keep the app open and remain within 5ft of the mobile device. This may take — 15 minutes.
STEP 6
When “Bluetooth Pairing Request” appears, find the 6-digit code on the screen (either above or below the popup) and type it into the field, then tap “Pair”
STEP 7
Once the “Setup complete” message displays tap “Done”

STEP 2
Select “Pair Now.”
