  2. Adjust the position of the front wheel cradle by moving the quick-release pins to the appropriate holes. The goal is to achieve a snug fit that allows the wheel to roll in easily but holds it firmly once engaged.
  3. Test the adjustment by gently rolling the motorcycle wheel into the chock to ensure proper engagement and stability.

  2. Mark the drilling points through the pre-drilled holes on the base of the chock.
  3. Drill appropriate holes in the floor or trailer using a suitable drill bit.
  4. Secure the chock using heavy-duty bolts, washers, and nuts (not always included, may need to be purchased separately based on mounting surface).
  5. Ensure all mounting hardware is tightened securely before use.

  2. With the motorcycle upright, slowly and carefully roll the front wheel into the chock.
  3. Apply gentle forward pressure until the wheel engages fully with the cradle mechanism, locking the motorcycle in an upright position. You should feel a distinct 'click' or firm resistance indicating engagement.
  4. Once engaged, the motorcycle should stand upright without assistance.

5.2 Securing the Motorcycle (for Transport)

While the chock provides upright stability, additional tie-downs are crucial for transport.

5.3 Unloading the Motorcycle

  1. If secured with tie-downs, release them completely.
  2. Hold the motorcycle firmly by the handlebars.
  3. Apply a controlled backward pull to disengage the front wheel from the chock. The wheel will roll out of the cradle.
  4. Carefully guide the motorcycle out of the chock.
