Overview

INSTALLATION

You will need:

GET TO KNOW YOUR COUNTER

1. You Counter is broadcasting the «SmiirlSetup» Wi-fi.
2. An electrical device (laptop, smartphone…) is connected to your Counter.
3. Your Counter is paired with your personal/ office Wi-fi network. If the Counter remains blocked with three crossed-out flaps, it is probably that the Wi-Fi password entered is wrong. Wait a few minutes, your Counter will automati-cally return to status n°1.
4. Your Counter has obtained an IP address.
5. Your Counter is connected to the Internet and can exchange data with Smiirl servers. This status lasts a few minutes during which you must not disconnect it. If it remains blocked for more than 15 minutes, contact Smiirl support: support@smiirl.com.
6. The flaps are blank or show 1: check that your Counter is linked to a data (Facebook page, Instagram account, JSON URL…)
