BT Broadcast
The BT broadcast function allows multiple SOUNDBAR units to play audio synchronously. You can define one unit as the host and others as slaves.
Broadcast Connection
- Host Setup: In power-on state (BT or USB mode), long press the BT key [bluetooth-symbol] on the host panel to enter broadcast connection mode and search for slaves.
- Slave Setup: Long press the BT key [bluetooth-symbol] on the slave panel (must be in BT or USB mode) to connect. Other modes do not support this function.
- Broadcast function automatically searches for connections.
- After successful connection, the host and slaves will play the same audio source. The first speaker to enter broadcast mode is the host; subsequent speakers are slaves.
Broadcast Disconnection and Connection
- Hosts: Press the BT key [bluetooth-symbol] on the host panel once to disconnect all slaves. Press again to restore broadcasting to all connected slaves.
- Slave Machine: Press the BT key [bluetooth-symbol] on the slave panel once to disconnect the current slave broadcast. Pressing the BT key [bluetooth-symbol] again will automatically restore the current slave broadcast function.
Function Operation in Broadcast Playback Mode
- Mode Conversion: Pressing the MODE key [mode-symbol] on the host allows the host to switch modes (BT, USB, Radio, AUX), and all connected slaves will play the same content. Pressing the MODE key [mode-symbol] on a slave only controls the local slave's functions and cannot control the host.
- Select Song: Use the host's up/down keys [skip-forward-symbol]/[skip-back-symbol] to control playback on all slaves. Slave up/down keys do not control the host.
- Volume Control: Use the host's volume up/down buttons [volume-up-symbol]/[volume-down-symbol] to control volume on all slaves. Slave volume buttons only control the local slave's volume.
- Pause/Mute: Pressing the pause/mute key [play-pause-symbol] on the host pauses/mutes all connected units. Pressing the pause/mute key [play-pause-symbol] on a slave pauses/mutes the slave and may switch its playback mode if a USB drive is inserted.
Note: Slave machines cannot return control to the host. Karaoke function only supports local audio and not broadcast transmission/playback. Remote control functions are similar.
