1. Getting Started

Step 1: Connect to Power

Connect the power adapter to the speaker and then to a wall outlet. Various plug types are supported.

Step 2: Power On

Press and hold the ⏻ [power-button] for 3 seconds to turn on the speaker.

Controls include: MIC VOL, GUITAR VOL, ECHO, LIGHT.

2. Battery and Light Modes

Battery Indicator

The battery level is indicated by LEDs:

• ? 25%
• ?? 50%
• ??? 75%
• ???? 100%

Light Modes

Press the LIGHT button to cycle through light modes:

• Light mode 1
• Light mode 2
• Light mode 3
• Light off

Press and hold the LIGHT button for 3 seconds to toggle Strobe Light On/Off.

3. Bass Boost and Bluetooth

DBB (Dynamic Bass Boost)

Press the DBB button to cycle through:

• DBB 1
• DBB 2
• DBB off

Bluetooth Connection

1. Press the ? [bluetooth-icon] button on the speaker.

2. On your device, enable Bluetooth and select "PHILIPS TANX100" from the list of available devices.

3. The speaker will connect to your device. The maximum Bluetooth range is 10 meters (32.8 ft).

4. Press and hold the ? [bluetooth-icon] button for 3 seconds to disconnect or reconnect.

4. Audio Inputs

Line In

Connect an external audio source using a 3.5mm stereo cable to the LINE IN port.

USB

Connect a USB storage device to the USB port to play music files.

5. Microphone and Vocal Features

Microphone Input

Connect one or two microphones to the MIC1 IN and MIC2 IN ports.

Adjust microphone volume using the MIC1 VOL and MIC2 VOL controls. The ECHO control adjusts the echo effect.

Vocal Fader

Press the VOCAL FADER button to turn the Vocal Fader On or Off. This feature can reduce the volume of vocals in a music track.

Voice Changer

Press the VOICE CHANGER button to select different voice effects:

• Voice 1
• Voice 2
• Voice 3
• Voice off

Specifications
