Insert an activated Nano SIM card and a formatted MicroSD card before turning on the camera. Download the companion app mentioned in your manual, scan the QR code located on the camera, and follow the in-app instructions to complete the wireless pairing process.
Ensure that the 4G signal in your area is adequate and your SIM card has an active data plan. If you are using a WiFi model, verify the camera is within range of your 2.4GHz network. Check that the solar panel receives direct sunlight and the camera battery has sufficient charge.
First, power off the camera. Open the waterproof silicone cover protecting the interface ports, and carefully insert the Nano SIM card according to the icon displayed next to the slot until it clicks securely into place.
Locate the reset button (usually tucked under the waterproof cover near the SD card slot). Press and hold it for 5-10 seconds until you hear a prompt tone, which indicates the camera has been successfully restored to its factory default settings.
