Xfinity WiFi 7 Router
The router is a cylindrical device with a white, textured exterior featuring vertical grooves. A small, dark rectangular indicator light is visible near the center of the front panel.
Front Panel Features
The router's front panel features a status LED (light) which indicates the process the router is going through while establishing your home network.
LED Status Light Colors:
- Off: Device is off
- White flashing: Warehouse Mode and not provisioned
- White solid: Device is online and functioning
- Red pulsing: No internet connectivity (HW, SW, Wi-Fi, Ethernet failure or any impairment that results in loss of IP connectivity)
- Green flashing: Factory reset in process (after reboot follow normal “boot up sequence”)
- Amber solid: Initial power up & boot
- Amber flashing: Ethernet WAN acquiring IP address
- Amber & Green alternating: Download in progress (FW download at boot up optional)
Side Panel Features
The router's side panel features the following:
- Reboot Button: Press and hold for 15 seconds to reboot the router.
- RJ11 (VoIP) port: Used for voice communication sessions over Internet Protocol.
- Ethernet (LAN) ports (up to 1Gbps): Connect network cables for local area network connection.
- Internet (WAN) port (up to 10Gbps): Connect a network cable to the wide area network connection.
- Power plug: Provides power supply to the device.

This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) this device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) this device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation.

FCC Caution: Any changes or modifications not expressly approved by the party responsible for compliance could void the user's authority to operate this equipment. This transmitter must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.
Radiation Exposure Statement
This equipment complies with FCC radiation exposure limits set forth for an uncontrolled environment. This equipment should be installed and operated with a minimum distance of 20cm between the radiator and your body.
Note: The country code selection is for non-US models only and is not available to all US models. Per FCC regulation, all WiFi products marketed in the US must be fixed to US operation channels only.
FCC regulations restrict the operation of this device to indoor use only. The operation of this device is prohibited on oil platforms, cars, trains, boats, and aircraft, except that operation of this device is permitted in large aircraft while flying above 10,000 feet in the 5.925-6.425 GHz band. Transmitters in the 5.925-7.125 GHz band are prohibited from operating to control or communicate with unmanned aircraft systems.
