Product Usage Instructions

Pairing

  1. Auto Pairing: Take the earphones out of the charging case to automatically turn on, sync together, and enter pairing mode.
  2. Syncing Earphones: If earphones do not sync or are disconnected, place both earphones back into the case, close it, then open it. Open Bluetooth settings on your device and scan for G102.

Operation

  1. Power On/Off:
    • Take out the earphones from the case to turn on; put them back to turn off.
    • Long press for 5 seconds to manually turn off.
  2. Play/Pause Music: Tap once on left/right earphones to play or pause music.
  3. Previous/Next Song: Quick double tap left earphone for previous song, right earphone for next song.
  4. Answer/Hang Up Calls: Tap once on left/right earphones to answer, tap again to end the call.
  5. Reject Calls: Quick double tap left/right earphones to reject an incoming call.
  6. Voice Assistant: Quick triple tap on left/right earphones to activate voice assistant.

Charging Function

  1. Charging the Case:
    • A Type-C cable is included. Connect it to the charging port and a USB power source to charge the case.
    • The LED screen displays power status and flashes while charging. It shows 100% when fully charged.
  2. Earphone Charging:
    • When battery is low, the earphones flash white light and provide a warning tone. Place them in the case for charging.
    • The earphones turn off when completely out of battery.

To reduce the risk of injury :
Keep batteries out of reach of children. Do not heat, open, or dispose of battery pack in fire. Do not allow metal objects to touch the battery on the device. Do not expose battery pack to excessive heat. Do not use a high current charger, or the charging line will burn out. Please Charging with a DC 5V adapter (not included in the package).

Paring

  1. Auto Pairing
    Taking the earphones out of the charging case, and then the earphones will automatically turn on, sync together and enter pairing mode.
  2. Syncing your earphones
    When earphones do not sync together or enter disconnected state during use. If that does not work, placing both earphones back into case, closing the charging case and then open the charging case again.
  3. Open up Bluetooth setting on your smart device and scan for G102 .

Operation

  2. Play/Pause music.

    Tap left/right earphones once to play or pause the music.

    Tap left or right earphones once to answer the call.
    Tap left or right earphones again to end the call.

    When there is an incoming call.
    Quick double tap left or right earphones to reject the call.
  6. Voice assistant
    Quick tap left or right earphones 3 times to activate voice assistant.

Charging Function

Fully charge the case and earphones before using for the first time.

  1. Charging the charging case
    • There is a Type-C cable included in the packaging. Connect it to the Type-C charging port and the other end into a USB powered source to charge your case.
    • The display displays the power and flashes to indicate charging has begun.
    • Once fully charged, the display screen will show 100% power.
  2. Earphone charging
    When battery is low, each 5s flash once for left and right side white light at the same time,you will listen to a warning sign or tone. It will turn off when the earphones completely out of battery.
    • Place the earphones into the charging case.
    • White light on the earphones turn on when charging has begun. The light will turn off when charging is complete.
    • When the earphones are charging, the charging case display logo of the “R or L” will light up and the lights on both sides will flicker as water lamps.
    • Once fully charged, the display will go off.
