Before You Start
Make sure you have all the necessary components listed in the manual before starting the assembly process.
Assembly Steps
- Insert Slot-Nuts into the designated slots as shown in the diagram.
- Use a smaller Hex wrench to assist in placing the slot nuts securely.
- Take care when handling the magnet base as it is very strong.
- Ensure the magnet catch is properly installed to prevent swiveling of the mounting point during use.
- Adjust the countersunk bolts on the joints to adjust tension as needed.

- Thank you for purchasing this Sim-Lab product! On the following pages, you will find detailed instructions on assembly. This requires only a set of simple tools and some of your time.
- Please check the bill of materials before starting and make sure all the parts are delivered.
- When adding side mounts, ease of entry is a recurring topic that customers bring up. We wanted to be able to open and close the side mount, to get in and out of your cockpit more easily.
- Our magnetic catch keeps our swivel mounting point closed during use and solves this problem once and for all!
- Please take heed of the warnings on the packaging/parts if these apply to you. Do not hesitate and ask for help or supervision during assembly, we value your health.
- This product only consists of what the name implies. To be able to mount joysticks or throttles, you will need to make an additional purchase of the appropriate accessory such as the ‘Joystick Mount’ or ‘Throttle Mount’.
Inserting Slot-Nuts:
- You got excited, finished the build, and put the caps on, but forgot to install one element. Do not worry. It happens to everyone. In this diagram, you can see how to insert a Slot-Nut directly into the slot from the side.
- You can also use one of your smaller Hex wrenches to help wiggle the Slot-Nut in place.
