ShieldPro Home Security Panel

The ShieldPro Home Security panel manages all paired ShieldPro devices with the press of a few buttons.

Set Up Your Panel

Connect the battery and power adapter 

The panel requires constant power to function properly. The battery can last for up to 24 hours in the event of power failure.

• Step 1 Remove the back cover of the panel (see Figure 1).
  Step 2 Plug in the battery and the power adapter (A). Check the battery plug connection is secure (B).
• Step 3 Replace the cover.

Set up the panel

• Step 1 Plug in the panel’s power cable to the wall.
  (Recommended) To secure the power adapter to the wall, see Securing the Power Adapter.
• Step 2 Follow the prompts on the panel to start setting up your account and pairing devices.
  Step 3 After pairing your devices, your mobile app account credentials will appear on the panel. This may take a few minutes.
  Use the QR code to download the ShieldPro Home Security Mobile App.
• Step 4 (Optional) Create additional users as needed (see Adding more users for details).
  Note: The Master passcode is the only code that can access panel settings (see Adding additional users).

Mount the panel 

• Step 1 Select your stand.
• Step 2 Attach panel to the stand:

Countertop stand: 

• a. Insert the stand hooks into the mounting slots (C).
• b. Slide up firmly until the stand locks into place.

Wall bracket:

• a. Mount the bracket to the wall with the provided wall screws and anchors.
• b. Insert the stand hooks into the mounting slots (C).
• c. Slide down firmly until the stand locks into place.

Adding More Devices Later

With a few taps you can add more devices to your system at any time.

How to add more devices at any time 

Step 1 Settings ( ) > Devices > + > Select the type of sensor or device > Follow the prompts to pair the device.

Adding additional users 

Determine what type of user you would like to add:

• Member User: can arm or disarm the system at any time.
• Scheduled User: can arm or disarm the system according to a schedule you create. No access outside of the permitted schedule.
• Temporary User: can arm or disarm until a certain date and time. After that date, this user can no longer arm or disarm the system.

How to add users 

• Step 1 Settings ( ) > Users > + > Select the type of user > Follow the prompts to create a new user.
  Step 2 Share passcode and details with the new user.

Securing the Power Adapter 

• Step 1 Remove the screw from the outlet cover plate.
• Step 2 Align plug mounting bracket screw hole with the outlet’s screw hole. Use the provided outlet screw to attach the bracket to the outlet.
• Step 3 Plug in the power adapter (see Figure 4).
• Step 4 (Recommended) Lock the adapter in place with the provided zip tie.
