- Scan QR code: Scan QR code to download and install applications.
- Android: Search for “Keep Health” on Google Play to download and install apps.
- IOS: Search for “Keep Health” in the App Store to download and install the app.
Preparation before use
For the first time using the watch, please long press the power button to turn it on. If it cannot be turned on, please charge the watch first.
Watch connection app
- Long press the power button on the watch to turn it on, and turn on the Bluetooth on the phone.
- Open the Keep Health app, follow the prompts on the guide page to complete app registration and settings, enter (Devices – Add Device], and
- select the model that matches the device to connect.
- After successfully connecting to the watch app, it will automatically enter the homepage to synchronize data, and the watch will automatically synchronize the date, time, and language of the phone.
Digital Crown Operation
Short press:
- Wake up when the screen is off.
- Enter the menu when on the main watch face.
- Return to the main watch face.
Long press: Turn on/off.
Rotation: Scroll the interface view.
Screen Operation
- Power button: Long press to turn on/off.
- Long press: Open the watch face switching interface.
- Slide up: Open the control center.
- Slide left and right: Switch component cards.
- Slide down: Open message notifications.
- Slide right on other pages: Return to the previous level.
Note
- Please place the watch about one finger away from the wrist bone.
Wearing it too loosely may affect the accuracy of heart rate monitoring data. - Do not scratch the watch display screen and sensor, protect it from damage.
- Wipe the surface of the watch with a damp cloth and use mild soapy water to remove oil or dust.
- Do not expose the watch to environments with strong chemicals, such as gasoline, cleaning solvents, propanol, alcohol, or insect repellents, as chemicals can damage the seal and surface of the watch casing.
- Avoid strong impacts and extreme heat exposure on your watch.
- Maintaining the integrity of the lens and casing is essential for waterproofing. Violent disassembly and assembly can affect the waterproofing of the watch. Do not immerse the watch in hot water, seawater, or chemical solution.
- Please use the original charging cable of the product to charge the watch.
