Note: The function and installab·on of 52 are basically the same as that of S1. This manual takes S1 as an example.

Installation Instructions

Outdoor unit installation
When shipped, both the indoor unit and outdoor unit have a battery charge between 20%-30%. Please charge them fully before using. The outdoor unit should be installed next to the door on the wall. It can be secured using the provided strong double-sided tape for it.

Tips: Metal objects can interfere with the signal, possibly causing communication disruptions. Try to avoid installing near metal doors or security doors.Shenzhen-S-Series-Wireless-Intercom-Doorbell-fig-6

  • Use the strong double-sided tape for rain cover installation without drilling.
  • The silver small screws are used to secure the outdoor unit and prevent it from being lost.

Indoor unit installation
The indoor unit doesn’t require installation. Press and hold the Shenzhen-S-Series-Wireless-Intercom-Doorbell-fig-9button for ≥3 seconds to turn it on and start using it immediately. Always keep the indoor unit turned on. If you have multiple indoor units, place them in different rooms and use them as intercom devices.

Tip: After using, place t he Indoor unit back on Its charging base to keep It charged and avoid auto shut-off due to low battery.

Using the Doorbell

  1. Press the Shenzhen-S-Series-Wireless-Intercom-Doorbell-fig-8button on the outdoor unit. Wait for the “beep~ beep~” prompt sound.
  2. When the indoor unit rings, press itsShenzhen-S-Series-Wireless-Intercom-Doorbell-fig-9 button to answer. If you don’t want to answer, press another Shenzhen-S-Series-Wireless-Intercom-Doorbell-fig-10button to reject.
  3. After the indoor unit answers, you can start the conversation.
  4. When the call ends, the indoor unit presses Shenzhen-S-Series-Wireless-Intercom-Doorbell-fig-10button to end the call.Shenzhen-S-Series-Wireless-Intercom-Doorbell-fig-11

Tip: The product supports one-on-one rails only. Group rails are not possible.

Indoor-to-Indoor Calls

  1. Press the Shenzhen-S-Series-Wireless-Intercom-Doorbell-fig-9button on one indoor unit and wait for the “beep~ beep~” prompt.
  2. When the other indoor unit rings, press its Shenzhen-S-Series-Wireless-Intercom-Doorbell-fig-9button to answer and start the conversation. If you don’t want to answer, press another Shenzhen-S-Series-Wireless-Intercom-Doorbell-fig-10button to reject.
  3. To end the call, either party can press a Shenzhen-S-Series-Wireless-Intercom-Doorbell-fig-10button.

Pairing the Doorbell

  1. Press and hold the Shenzhen-S-Series-Wireless-Intercom-Doorbell-fig-9and Music buttons on the indoor unit for ≥ 3 seconds. You’ll hear a “seting” voice broadcast. The indoor unit enters pairing mode.
  2. Press and hold the SET and Shenzhen-S-Series-Wireless-Intercom-Doorbell-fig-8 buttons on the outdoor unit for ≥ 3 seconds. You’ll hear a “seting” voice broadcast. The outdoor unit enters pairing mode.
  3. Once both units are in pairing mode, press the Shenzhen-S-Series-Wireless-Intercom-Doorbell-fig-8button on the outdoor unit. You’ Il hear “successful”, which means they’ re now paired.Shenzhen-S-Series-Wireless-Intercom-Doorbell-fig-12

Adding More Outdoor Units:
Please pair the already paired A outdoor unit and the new B outdoor unit and press theShenzhen-S-Series-Wireless-Intercom-Doorbell-fig-8button on the A outdoor unit to complete the pairing.

To Add More indoor units:

  • Please pair the already paired A outdoor unit and the new C indoor unit and press the Shenzhen-S-Series-Wireless-Intercom-Doorbell-fig-8button on the A outdoor unit to complete the pairing.
  • Reminder: For adding new indoor units or new outdoor unit in the future, they must be paired with the A outdoor unit. Pairing with other outdoor units or indoor units will result in loss of pairing.

Pairing Setup Between indoor units

  • If you only purchased indoor units, please follow these steps for pairing: Pair two indoor units (here we call them D indoor unit and E indoor unit) by pressing theShenzhen-S-Series-Wireless-Intercom-Doorbell-fig-9 button on the D indoor unit to receive a voice announcement of “successful,” indicating the pairing is complete.
  • To Add More indoor units: Pair the already paired D indoor unit with the new F indoor unit and press the Shenzhen-S-Series-Wireless-Intercom-Doorbell-fig-9button on the D indoor unit to receive a voice announcement of “successful” indicating the pairing is complete. Repeat this process for additional indoor units. Reminder: Each pairing must be done with the D indoor unit. Pairing with other outdoor units or indoor units will result in loss of pairing.

Switching On/Off
To turn the indoor unit on or off: Press and hold theShenzhen-S-Series-Wireless-Intercom-Doorbell-fig-9button for ≥3 seconds. A voice broadcast will announce “power on” to indicate successful startup. Press and hold the Shenzhen-S-Series-Wireless-Intercom-Doorbell-fig-9 button again for ≥3 seconds, and a voice broadcast will announce “power off”, indicating the device is turned off. When powered on, the indicator light will blink intermittently. The outdoor unit does not need to be switched on or off.

Volume Adjustment
Press the Speaker button to adjust the volume. Each press switches to the next volume level. There are 4 volume levels available for adjustment.

Ringtone Adjustment
Press the Music button to adjust the ringtone. Each press switches to the next ringtone. There are 4 ringtones available for selection.

Charging
Connect the power cord to the adapter, then plug it into the charging base, and place the indoor unit or outdoor unit in the charging base. During charging, the indicator light is solid red. When fully charged, the light is solid green. The indoor unit can remain in the charging base continuously.

Language Switch (Chinese/English)
For the indoor unit, press and hold both Shenzhen-S-Series-Wireless-Intercom-Doorbell-fig-9 and Speaker buttons for 3 seconds. Upon hearing two “beep-beep~” sounds, the prompt switches to English. Repeating this action switches the prompt back to Chinese.

Restore to Default (Clear Pairing)
In standby mode, press and hold the Shenzhen-S-Series-Wireless-Intercom-Doorbell-fig-9 andShenzhen-S-Series-Wireless-Intercom-Doorbell-fig-10buttons on the indoor unit. Upon hearing two “beep~ beep~” sounds, restoration to default is successful. Restoration will clear all pairings; re-pairing is required before use. Only the indoor unit can perform the initialization operation. S2 requires disassembly, please consult the dealer.

Announcements

  1. Due to the potential for interference from the intercom doorbell’s transmission with electronic or medical devices, please refrain from using this product in the following scenarios:
    • Near hospitals, around individuals with pacemakers, or close to other medical devices.
    • In places with a high risk of fire or explosion such as gas stations (environments with flammable gases, dust, metal powder, etc.).
    • On airplanes and in proximity to other electronic devices prone to interference.
    • Any other locations with posted restrictions or warnings regarding wireless devices.
  2. Please avoid the following unauthorized actions with this product, as they may lead to device malfunctions or even personal injury:
    • Do not apply voltages other than specified to this product’s power or charging interface.
    • Do not disassemble or modify this product.
    • Do not immerse this product in water.
    • Do not strike or throw this device.
  3. If the device exhibits any of the following unusual behaviors, immediately cease use or charging, turn off the power, and contact customer support:
    • If the main unit or charger emits smoke or an odd smell during charging, immediately unplug the power cord and turn off the device to prevent overheating, combustion, fires, or even explosions.
  4. Other precautions:
    • Do not place the device near heaters.
    • Avoid operating the device near televisions or radios (these devices may experience radio frequency interference).

Common Problems and Solutions

  1. Pressing the outdoor unit button Shenzhen-S-Series-Wireless-Intercom-Doorbell-fig-8, but the indoor unit does not respond.
    • a. Check if the indoor unit is powered on. If not, turn it on and test again.
    • b. The battery of the outdoor unit/indoor unit might be drained; please check if both units have power.
    • c. The indoor unit might have been reset; please re-pair the units.
  2. Pressing the indoor unit button Shenzhen-S-Series-Wireless-Intercom-Doorbell-fig-9, but unable to call the outdoor unit.
    The indoor unit cannot initiate calls to the outdoor unit. The outdoor unit must call the indoor unit first to initiate communication. Indoor units can call other indoor units. If you require this feature, consider purchasing additional indoor units.
  3. Pressing the indoor unit button Shenzhen-S-Series-Wireless-Intercom-Doorbell-fig-9, but unable to call another indoor unit.
    You might have unintentionally reset the device; please re-pair the units.
  4. Unable to charge.
    • a. The power cord may not be securely connected; please check and secure the connection.
    • b. The power cord may be damaged; consider replacing it.
    • c. The power adapter might be faulty; consider replacing it.
    • d. Foreign objects might be on the charging base pins. Please turn off the power, inspect, and clean any debris.
    • e. The main unit charging contacts might be dirty; inspect and clean any debris.
    • f. The battery connection might be loose. Open the battery compartment, disconnect, and then reconnect the battery.
  5. The indoor unit or outdoor unit speaker produces a shrill noise.
    If devices are too close to each other, they can cause microphone feedback. Move the devices further apart.
  6. Regarding communication distance.
    The communication range may decrease when devices are separated by walls or other obstructions. For optimal performance, try to avoid unnecessary barriers during use. In particular, metal barriers can significantly reduce the communication distance, so avoid placing the devices near metal doors or security doors when installing.
