Product Usage Instructions:

Adding Device:

  1. Step 1: Plug the device into the power
    supply.

    Step 2: Press and hold the Reset key until the
    blue indicator light starts flashing rapidly.

  2. Step 3: Turn on Bluetooth and open the V720
    app.

    Step 4: Wait for the pop-up window to appear
    when a new device is found, then click to bind the device. If no
    pop-up appears, click the + icon in the app to add a device.

  3. Step 5: Select the Wi-Fi network and enter the
    password (only 2.4GHz supported).

  4. Step 6: Wait for the device to be successfully
    bound.

AP Mode:

  1. Step 1: Repeat the steps for adding a
    device.

  2. Step 2: Turn on Wi-Fi on your mobile phone and
    connect to the Wi-Fi hotspot starting with Nax_.

  3. Step 3: Return to the V720 app, refresh the
    drop-down list, and wait for the device to appear indicating
    successful short-range mode connection.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ):

Q: What should I do if the blue indicator light does not flash
rapidly after resetting?

A: Make sure the device is properly plugged in and try resetting
again. If the issue persists, contact customer support.

Q: Can I use a 5GHz Wi-Fi network for configuration?

A: No, only the 2.4GHz frequency band is supported for
configuring the device.

Step 2: Add device (Using model Q2 as an example)

1. As shown in (Picture 1): When the device is plugged into the power supply, the blue indicator light begins to flash slowly. Then, press and hold the Reset key to reset the device, and following this, the blue indicator light will start flashing rapidly.

2. As shown in (Picture 2): Turn on Bluetooth, then open the “V720” app. Wait for the pop-up window to appear when a new device is found, and click to bind the device. (If no new device pop-up window appears, please click the “+” icon in the upper right corner of the home page to add a device.)

3. As shown in (Picture 3) Select or enter the Wi-Fi network you want to configure and fill in the password. (Note: Only the 2.4GHz frequency band is supported.)

AP Mode
1. Repeat the steps from the first step to add a device. 2. As shown in (Picture 5): Turn on the Wi-Fi on your mobile phone and connect to the Wi-Fi hotspot starting with “Nax_”. 3. As shown in Picture 6: Return to the ‘V720’ app and refresh the drop-down list. When the device appears that means the short-range mode connection is successful.
