Product Information
The Remote Dispensing, Single Pouch System is a product designed to dispense single pouches of condiments or sauces. The system includes a pump, a mounting bracket, a hose assembly, a 36-inch hose, turn-key clamps, a coupling, a dispensing cap, a 16mm adapter, a 52 brush, an evacuation plate, a torsion spring, and a pouch support.
Product Usage Instructions
- Attach the mounting bracket to a stable surface near the area where condiments or sauces will be dispensed.
- Insert the pump into the mounting bracket and secure it with the turn-key clamps.
- Attach the hose assembly to the pump and the coupling.
- Attach the dispensing cap to the end of the hose assembly.
- If using a pouch with a 16mm fitment, insert the 16mm adapter into the dispensing cap.
- Attach the evacuation plate to the pouch support.
- Insert the pouch into the pouch support with the evacuation plate facing down.
- Insert the brush into the pouch support and through the evacuation plate until it reaches the bottom of the pouch.
- Adjust the torsion spring on the pump to ensure proper dispensing pressure.
- The Remote Dispensing, Single Pouch System is now ready to dispense condiments or sauces by pressing down on the dispensing cap.
