Installation Instructions for SENA FOR SHARK System
- Remove the textile liner from the helmet according to the disassembly instructions.
- Remove the white Styrofoam PAD located at the back of the helmet.
- Insert the battery with foam into the designated space at the back of the helmet.
- Affix the foam cushioning from the Sena FOR SHARK kit to the back of the battery.
- Remove the textile cheek pads as per the disassembly instructions.
- Insert the left and right speakers into the ear housings and attach them using Velcro.
- Position the microphone on the left cheek and attach it with Velcro.
- Affix the main keypad to its designated location using double-sided tape.
- Connect the microphone and keypad as shown in the manual.
- Make the battery connection as instructed in the manual.
SENA FOR SHARK
- Your OXO headset is SENA FOR SHARK (Bluetooth or Mesh) READY.
- You will find a specially designed housing for the battery at the back of the helmet, under the neck guard, as well as a space for the microphone in front of the helmet. For the headphones, a cavity is provided in the inner cheeks. The battery is easily rechargeable through the main housing.
- The Sena FOR SHARK (Bluetooth or Mesh) system allows you to communicate via Bluetooth or Mesh with ease. For urban, road or touring riders who want to communicate while riding. The SENA FOR SHARK kit (Bluetooth or Mesh) for smartphones is a “must-have” accessory. It offers a bike-to-bike or group intercommunication system (see specification of each model).
- It connects quickly with the majority of Bluetooth or Mesh intercoms. It is voice-activated. It is water resistant. Bluetooth audio connection to GPS. Music via A2DP stereo Bluetooth.

CAUTION!
The OXO system is the only one UNECE 22.06 certified with the SENA FOR SHARK (Bluetooth or Mesh) audio system. Only accessories recommended and evaluated by the manufacturer during the helmet approval procedure can guarantee that the protective performance of the helmet remains compliant with the approval standards. Approved accessories must be installed in accordance with the instructions provided in the SENA FOR SHARK (Bluetooth or Mesh) manual.
COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS

- Your helmet is designed to be equipped with the SENA FOR SHARK (Bluetooth or Mesh) communication system.
- If your helmet is approved according to UNECE Regulation No. 22-06, it has also been tested and approved with SENA FOR SHARK (Bluetooth or Mesh) installed. The installation of a system other than SENA FOR SHARK (Bluetooth or Mesh) compromises the regulatory compliance of the helmet. During the installation of the communication system, see specific instructions in the SENA FOR SHARK (Bluetooth ou Mesh) kit.
INSTALLATION OF THE SENA FOR SHARK SYSTEM
Your helmet is approved for SENA FOR SHARK (Bluetooth or Mesh).
Follow these steps to install your communication system.
- To do this, remove the textile liner according to the disassembly description on page 19.
- Remove the white Styrofoam PAD in the space provided at the back of the helmet Fig. 31
- Affix the foam cushioning present in your Sena FOR SHARK kit (Bluetooth or Mesh) to the back of the battery of your Intercom Fig. 33
- Insert the battery (with foam) into the space provided at the back of the helmet, in accordance with Fig. 34 a/b/c, the foam cushioning must be between the battery and the shell.
- Remove the textile cheek pads according to the disassembly description (page 18).
- Insert the left and right speakers of Sena FOR SHARK (Bluetooth or Mesh) into the ear housings and attach them by the Velcro present on the back of the speakers and the Velcro present on the foam plugs present in the ear housings. Fig. 35 a/b.
- Position the microphone and attach it with the supplied Velcro piece to the polystyrene on the left cheek as shown in Fig. 36.
- Affix the main keypad to the defined location (Fig. 37a), using the double-sided tape provided on the keypad, and insert the flat cable between the shell and the polystyrene cheek piece to the left of the clip lining (red part) as shown in Fig. 37b.
- Connect the microphone (red connector), and the keypad as shown in Fig. 38
- Make the battery connection (black 3-branch connector), and the keypad as shown in Fig. 39
- Make the connections to the speakers (black 2-branch connector), and the keyboard as shown in Fig. 40a, then pass the right speaker cable as shown in Fig. 40b.
- Replace the textile foams (cheek pads and liner) according to the textile assembly description (page 21-22), ensuring that all SENA FOR SHARK system cables are positioned inside the textile parts, and do not protrude from the helmet once reassembled.
You can now follow the instructions provided with your SENA FOR SHARK system (Bluetooth or Mesh) to pair your device with the official SHARK Helmets App.
