Mouse Bluetooth Connection
- Turn on the mouse.
- Press the channel switch button at the bottom of mouse, until
light up, the mouse enter Bluetooth mode. Long press channel switch button for 3-5 seconds, flashes quickly, the mouse enter pairing mode.
- Turn on the Bluetooth settings on your device, search or select “SKM64-2” and start Bluetooth pairing until the connection is completed.
Keyboard Bluetooth Connection
- Turn on the keyboard.
- Press the Bluetooth
you want to connect, white light flash once, the keyboard enter Bluetooth mode.
Press and hold the selected channel key for 3-5 seconds, white light flash quickly, the keyboard enter pairing mode.
- Turn on the Bluetooth settings on your device, search or select “SKM64-2” and start Bluetooth pairing until the connection is completed.
Mode Switch Method
Mouse
After are connected, short press channel switch button on the bottom of the mouse, easily switch between multiple devices.
Keyboard
After are connected, short press the channel key on the keyboard, easily switch between multiple devices.
Charging Guide
- When the battery is low, the low battery indicator light on the keyboard or mouse will rapidly flash to indicate low power.
- Insert the Type-C port into the mouse or keyboard and the USB-A port into the computer to charge, the red light stays on while charging.
- The indicator light turns in green when fully charged, and the charging time is about 2-3 hours.
Notice:
If the mouse or keyboard is low battery, there will be delays, freezes and other problems. Please connect to the power supply for charging in a timely manner to ensure that the mouse or keyboard has sufficient battery power to get normal performance.
Keyboard Multimedia Function Keys
Tips: The keyboard is in multimedia functions by default. The F1-F12 functions need to be activated by pressing Fn + F1-F12 keys. Or you can set the keyboard to the F1-F12 functions by default on your Mac.

Sleep Mode
- When the keyboard/mouse stops working for 60 minutes, it will automatically enter the sleep mode for energy saving.
- When use the keyboard/mouse again, you only need to press any key, and the keyboard/mouse will wake up within 3-5 seconds.
- The channel indicator lights up and start working.
Memory Function
The keyboard/mouse has a memory function. When a channel is connected normally, the keyboard/mouse defaults to this channel after turning off the device and turn back on, and the channel indicator lights up.

If this happens and it cannot be recovered, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service for assistance.
How to deal with disconnection issues, keys repeating or typing & clicking delay?
Please ensure that the keyboard/mouse is fully charged. A low battery can affect the performance of the keyboard/mouse. Delete the Bluetooth name from your device's Bluetooth connection list, and restart your device and repair the keyboard/mouse by following the steps in the user manual. If the issues persist, try to connect the keyboard/mouse to other devices to check if the same issues occur and don't hesitate to contact our customer service for assistance.
How to deal with keyboard/mouse won't turn on or stops working?
The rated charging voltage for the keyboard and mouse is 5V. It is recommended to use the computer's USB port for charging. Try to change another Type-C cable to confirm whether it is a cable issue or a fault with the keyboard and mouse. If the power indicator of the keyboard/mouse does not light up at all, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service for assistance.
How to deal with keys/mouse buttons stop working or feel sticky?
Please note the keyboard/mouse is not waterproof. Avoid water/ drinks/coffee and other liquids from entering. If this happens, please turn it upside down and clean the liquid. Also, avoid eating near the keyboard/mouse as crumbs are also the primary cause of this issue. If this happens, first try to clean the debris with compressed air duster, then wipe it clean with a cotton swab dipped in ethanol or isopropyl alcohol.
