Product Features
2.4G USB Connection
- Remove the battery cover, insert an AA battery for the mouse and 2 AAA batteries for the keyboard, ensuring you correctly align the anode and cathode.
- Take out the receiver.
- Turn the power switch to ON.
- Press the channel switch button, until the red indicator light is on, the mouse enters into 2.4G USB channel.
Press the 2.40
, and the 2.4G channel indicator light is on, the keyboard enters into 2.4G USB channel.
- Plug the receiver into the USB port of the computer, the keyboard and mouse will connect automatically.
Mouse Bluetooth Connection
- Remove the battery cover, insert an AA battery for the mouse and 2 AAA batteries for the keyboard, ensuring you correctly align the anode and cathode.
- Turn the power switch to ON.
- Press the channel switch button until the blue indicator light is on, the mouse enters into the Bluetooth channel. Long press the channel switch button for 3~5 seconds until the indicator light flashes quickly, the mouse enters into Bluetooth paring mode.
- Turn on the Bluetooth settings on your device, search or select “BT+2.4G MS” and start Bluetooth pairing until the connection is completed.

Keyboard Low Battery Instructions
When the low battery indicator flashes red, it indicates that the keyboard is entering a low battery state and will shut down automatically if the battery is not replaced. The keyboard requires two AAA batteries. When installing the batteries, please ensure that the positive and negative terminals are correctly aligned.
Mouse Low Battery Instructions
When the channel indicator light flashes quickly, it signifies that the mouse is entering a low battery state and will shut down automatically if the battery is not replaced. The mouse requires one AA battery. When installing the battery, please ensure that the positive and negative terminals are correctly aligned.
Note: FN function is in cyclic mode (F1-F12 and multimedia functions are cyclically used)

Sleep Mode
- To conserve energy, the keyboard and mouse will enter Sleep Mode if no operation is detected for over 30 minutes, and the indicator light will turn off.
- To wake up the keyboard and mouse, simply press any key. The combo will be ready for use within 3 seconds, and the indicator light will turn back on.

Frequently Asked Questions
How to deal with disconnection issues, keys repeating or typing & clicking delay?
- Low Battery: Ensure that the batteries have sufficient power. Low battery levels can impact the performance of the keyboard/mouse.
- Signal Interference: Keep the USB receiver/keyboard/mouse away from routers, microwaves, or metal surfaces to reduce signal interference.
- USB Mode Reconnect: If using a USB dongle to connect the keyboard/mouse to the device, unplug and replug the USB dongle. Try using a different USB port if needed.
- Bluetooth Mode Repair: If connecting the keyboard/mouse to the device via Bluetooth, delete the Bluetooth name from your device’s Bluetooth connection list, restart your device, and re-pair the keyboard/mouse by following the steps in the user manual.
- Distance Limit: Maintain a distance of within 10 meters (33 feet) between the receiver/computer for optimal signal strength.
- Try Other Devices: Test the keyboard/mouse with alternative devices to determine if the issues persist.
How to deal with keys/mouse buttons stop working or feel sticky?
- Please note the keyboard/mouse is not waterproof. Avoid water/drinks/coffee and other liquids from entering. If this happens, please turn it upside down and clean the liquid.
- Also, avoid eating near the keyboard/mouse as crumbs are also the primary cause of this issue. If this happens, first try to clean the debris with compressed air duster, then wipe it clean with a cotton swab dipped in ethanol or isopropyl alcohol.
