Before setting up the camera, ensure your smartphone is connected to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network (most models do not support 5GHz). Download the companion app (such as IPC360 Home or Yoosee) from your app store, create an account, and follow the in-app instructions to scan the camera's QR code and add the device.

First, ensure the memory card was not inserted while the device was powered on, as the slot does not support hot-plugging. Power off the camera before inserting the micro SD card. It is recommended to use high-quality, branded cards to avoid hardware issues. After powering back on, you may need to format the card in the app settings.

Open the camera app, navigate to your device settings list, and click "Share." Enter the registered account information (like a phone number or email address) of the person you want to share with, and click OK to grant them access.

Check if the power adapter is functioning and the indicator light is on. Ensure the camera is installed within proper range of your Wi-Fi router and isn't being blocked by thick walls. If the router's connection is fine, try rebooting the camera or holding the Reset button for 6 seconds to restore factory settings and reconfigure it.
