9.1 Mounting the brushes (Fig. 2-4)

  1. Turn over the frame so that the underside can be accessed freely.
  2. Place the brush (9) in the correct position on the brush holding fixture.
  3. Use the quick release (12) for attaching the brush.
Please note the direction of rotation, which is indicated by two “lock symbols” on the quick-release fasteners (12).
  4. Repeat this process with the second brush.

9.2 Mounting the lower push rod (Fig. 5-6)

  1. Place the toothing found on the lower push rod (5) on the toothing found on the frame (8).
  2. Now screw the lower push bar tight.
  3. You can change the working height by adjusting the lower push bar (5). Use one of the three positioning markers for  this purpose.

9.3 Mounting the upper push bar (Fig. 7)

  1. Guide the upper push rod (1) over the lower push rod (5) so that the fixing holes lie precisely on top of each other. There are two fixing holes which can be used to adjust the height.
  2. Insert the M6 x 30mm screw (3) from the inside to the outside through the fixing holes.
  3. Place the locking washer (4) on the M6 x 30mm screw (3). The ridges on the locking washer (4) must rest against the upper push rod (1).

10.1 Emptying the collection bucket (Fig. 8)

  1. To remove the collection bucket (7) for emptying, take hold of it by the handle and pull it out upwards.
Warning icon Attention! Wear sturdy work gloves when emptying the collection bucket after sweeping up metal, glass or sharp objects.
