Installation

 Subpanel Bracket InstallationSCE-OK-Series-Subpanel-Floor-Standing-Enclosures-Fig- (2)

  •  Insert two cage nuts (Item 7) side-by-side into the top rear rail.
  •  Insert a flanged cage nut (Item 6) into the subpanel bracket slot (Item 2) from the back.
  •  Secure the bracket using two M6 screws (Item 8). See Detail A for visual aid.
  •  Torque Specifications: 98 in-lbs per M6 screw.

  • Insert the conic pin (Item 3) into the corner threaded hole cutout on the bottom rail from the top.
  • Tighten the pin with a crescent wrench or 17 mm extended socket (98 in-lbs). See Detail B.

 Subpanel Slider Installation

  •  Insert two subpanel sliders (Item 4) into the square cutouts on the bottom of the subpanel (Item 1).
  •  Important: Ensure the flat side faces the door opening (Figure 2)

Subpanel Installation

  •  Rotate the subpanel 45° and slide it across the bottom rails until it makes contact with the conic pins (Item 3).
  •  Stand the panel upright so the conic pins insert into the sliders and the subpanel makes contact with the top brackets (Figure 2).

 Subpanel Attachment

  •  Secure the subpanel using two M8 hex screws (Item 5) through the front circular cutouts into the flanged cage nuts (Item 6). See Figure 3 for details.
  •  Torque Specifications: 98 in-lbs per M8 hex screw.

Install the two subpanel sliders into the square cutouts on the bottom of the subpanel. Rotate the subpanel and slide it along the rails until it makes contact with the conic pins. Lift and orient the subpanel vertically to engage with the top brackets. Ensure the pins seat into the subpanel sliders.

Insert the M8 hex screw through the circular subpanel cutout. Fasten the screw to the flanged cage nut attached to the subpanel bracket (Figure 3).

Insert the cage nut (Item 7), non-flange side away from the rail corners, at a 45° angle. Slide flush with the rail (Figure 4)

Q: Can I use ddifferent-sizedscrews for installation?
A: It is recommended to use the specified M8x15 Hex Screw and M6x16 Screw for secure installation.

Q: What should I do if the subpanel does not align with the brackets?
A: Ensure that the subpanel sliders are properly installed and aligned with the rails before engaging with the brackets.
