Delete Paired Bluetooth® Connection – Windows® Phone
- From the Start screen, swipe left to display the Apps list.
Alternatively, tap the Right arrow (lower-right; may require scrolling to the bottom of the Start screen). - Tap Settings.
- Tap Bluetooth.
Bluetooth must be On 
(Enabled) to delete connection. - Touch and hold connection to be deleted.
- Tap delete.
