Product Usage Instructions:
Step 1: Assembling Vertical Uprights and Horizontal Rails
Place each vertical upright with their channel openings facing
each other against the horizontal rails.
Secure them with the specified hardware as shown in Figure
4.
Step 2: Attaching Fasteners to Vertical Uprights
Install the M6 hex screws and washers in each of the four
corners of the left and right vertical uprights as shown in Figure
5.

Installation Instructions:
1. Cage Nut Installation · Top and Bottom Horizontal Rails · Insert the flanged cage nuts (Item 4) into the vertical square slots of the top and bottom horizontal rails (Item 2). · Place four flanged cage nuts per rail from the rear (Figure 2). · OKK Modular Rails · Insert two cage nuts (Item 3) per OKK top and bottom element modular rails (Figures 3 & 6). See below note. · Important: Position each cage nut in the third slot from the door opening to mount the TMK.
2. Horizontal Rail Assembly · Attach each horizontal rail (Item 2) to the OKK top and bottom elements previously installed cage nuts (Figure 3). · Use two M6 hex screws (Item 6) and M6 washers (Item 5) per rail. · Torque Specifications: 70 in-lbs per M6 screw. · Orientation Notes: · Top Rail: Use the wider rail – matches the singular modular rail system of the OKK top element. · Bottom Rail: Use the narrower rail – matches the double modular rail system of the OKK bottom element.
3. Vertical Upright Assembly · Attach left and right vertical uprights (Item 1) using four M6 hex screws and washers per upright. · Secure the uprights to the horizontal rails through the previously installed flanged cage nuts. See Figures 4 & 5. · Torque Specifications: 70 in-lbs per M6 screw. · Orientation Note: · Ensure the channel opening of the vertical uprights face internally (Figure 4, outlined in red).

Additional Details
1 Vertical Upright Detail: Place each vertical upright with their channel openings facing each other against the horizontal rails. Secure with the specified hardware (Figure 4).

Cage Nut Detail: Insert the cage nut (Item 3), non-flange side away from the rail corners, at a 45° angle. Slide flush with the rail (Figure 6).
