BEFORE INSTALLING OR USING THE PRODUCT, READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY.PLEASE STRICTLY OBSERVE THE PRECAUTIONS IN USE.
To avoid any risk of fire, electric shock or injury, the product should be used in compliance with the basic safety precautions, including: · always follow the installation instructions given in the documentation provided with the product. · do not connect or use this product during thunderstorms. Interference from the mains and/or telephone network can cause electric discharges in the product and electric shock. Furthermore, if the product is used for voice communication, acoustic shocks may occur in the earpiece of the product, and excessive acoustic pressure can cause deafness. The product must be installed inside a building and the case of the product must not be opened. Plastic bags present a risk of suffocation. Keep out of reach of children. The product is designed to be used in vertical position. It must not be placed at a height greater than 2m (except with its wall mounting).
CLIMATIC CONDITIONS This product is designed for use in an office or in a room at home in a maximum ambient temperature of 45°C (113°F) and maximum altitude of 2000 m. It must not be installed anywhere where there is excessive sunshine and/or heat radiation. It must not be installed where there is build-up of heat (e.g. on or under other electrical equipment), and must not be exposed to moisture or condensation. It must be installed in an environment classified as pollution degree 2 (pollution-free environment or environment with dry, non-conducting pollution).
WATER AND MOISTURE Do not install the product in a damp or dusty environment. Do not allow it to come into contact with water or other liquids. No liquid must be allowed inside the product.
