Combine Receiver and Transmitter

  1. Turn on the transmitter and power the receiver. The receiver LED will flash slowly, indicating it is confirming the transmitter signal.
  2. If the transmitter signal is not confirmed within 15 seconds, the receiver enters automatic frequency matching mode. The LED will flash quickly as it searches for the signal.
  3. Successful frequency matching is indicated by various LED feedbacks depending on the transmitter type. Confirm success based on your remote control's feedback.

Supported Protocols: S-FHSS, Frksy, DSMX.

Function Introduction

1. Aileron Double Servo Mode

RX14x-E and RX15x-E series receivers support this function (enabled by default). It simplifies connecting two aileron servos for fixed-wing aircraft. To enable, short-circuit the pad labeled "P" (refer to Picture 1.2, 1.3). This sets CH3 to CH4 inverted output. To disable, disconnect the pad.

2. Integrated ESC Usage

RX14x series features a 5A/1S brushed ESC. RX14x-E series has a 5A/1S brushless ESC, and RX15x-E series has a 7A/2S brushless ESC. The brushless ESCs support the DSHOT protocol, which offers faster signal transmission, higher refresh rates, and quicker response times without needing throttle calibration.

How to Use ESC

RX14x Series (Brushed ESC)

Connect the brushed motor's positive pole to "M+" and the negative pole to "M-" on the throttle channel (refer to Picture 1.1). The integrated brushed ESC has an accidental touch prevention lock. This lock is deactivated if the throttle channel remains at the lowest position for over 2 seconds after the receiver is powered on.

RX14x-E Series (Brushless ESC)

Connect the three wires of the brushless motor to the "THR" port. Pay attention to the motor's rotation direction. To change it, swap any two of the three wires (refer to Picture 1.2).

RX15x-E Series (Brushless ESC)

Connect the three wires of the brushless motor to the "THR" port. Pay attention to the motor's rotation direction. To change it, swap any two of the three wires (refer to Picture 1.3).

Automatic Frequency Matching

If the receiver fails to align frequencies 15 seconds after powering on, it enters automatic frequency matching mode. The LED will change from slow flashing to fast flashing. Complete the frequency matching process according to your transmitter's instructions.

4. TELEM Function Introduction

To use the TELEM function, a remote control with TELEM support is required. This function enables real-time monitoring of battery voltage, receiver voltage, signal strength, and operating temperature, allowing users to track the receiver and battery status and prevent unexpected issues during flight.
