Wiring Diagram
Wire Color Code:
- R = Red
- Y = Yellow
- BK = Black

- “R,R” Input alternating current voltage
- “BK,BK” Output alternating current voltage
- “Y,Y” Short circuit or external switch
Terminal Assignments
- R, R: Input alternating current voltage
- Y, Y: Short circuit or external switch
- BK, BK: Output alternating current voltage
Important Notes
- Strictly prohibited to connect to variable frequency power supply!
- Please confirm that the motor brake resistor is normal; otherwise, the rectifier may be burned out! (The brake resistor is typically between 200-600 ohms. Do not connect to the rectifier if the resistance is lower than 50 ohms.)
Troubleshooting
(No specific troubleshooting steps were provided in the original manual text.)
General Troubleshooting Advice:
- If the rectifier is not functioning, first check all wiring connections for proper seating and correct polarity.
- Verify that the input voltage matches the specified range (380/440VAC).
- Ensure that the motor brake resistor is within the acceptable range (200-600 ohms) and not below 50 ohms, as this can cause damage.
- Confirm that the power supply is not a variable frequency type.
- If issues persist, disconnect power and consult a qualified technician.
