POWERING THE UNIT ON AND OFF
- To turn the unit on, simply connect to a power source (SV, 3A required) using the included power supply or by connecting to a computer using the included USB cable
- To turn the unit off, simply disconnect it from the power source
CONNECTING A MICROPHONE AND HEADPHONES
- Plug any XLR microphone into the Neutrik® combo jack at the back of the unit
- If your microphone requires phantom power, press the P48 switch on the back of the unit
- Press the mic gain control to select the analog input as the audio source (LED will turn purple)
- Connect headphones to the ¼-inch or 3.5mm input on the back of the unit (note: ensure mic level is down before connecting headphones to avoid sudden loud noises
- Ensure mic and headphones are turned up to a comfortable level before recording
