ROCKBOARD RBO-POW-BLO-ISO-6 Iso Power Block V6
DESCRIPTION
The RockBoard® ISO Power Block V6 is a multi-power supply for effects pedals with 5 isolated transformers and highly filtered 9V DC power slots and a single 18V DC link output to connect multiple ISO Power Blocks V6 in series for larger setups:
- 5 x 9V DC, maximum current output 500 mA each
- 1 x 18V DC, maximum current output 2,000 mA
The power supply was designed for powering up to 5 effects pedals simultaneously without any noise and has the capacity to link multiple ISO Power Blocks V6 for larger effects setups with more than 5 pedals. The advanced filtering technology used in the 9V DC power slots prevents high frequency noise. Built with individual slot short circuit protection, connected effects pedals are protected in case of a short circuit. Designated red LEDs for each power slot indicate short circuits or wrong polarity. You can quickly identify any problems without losing power to the remaining pedals.
POWER SUPPLY
The RockBoard® ISO Power Block V6 is powered by an included 18V DC power adapter, with a current output of 2,000 mA. It is rated for an input voltage of 100 to 240 volts and 47 to 63 Hz alternate current.
CAUTION: Please use only included power adapter or one with identical specifications to avoid overheating and damage to the unit.
CONNECTION AND USE
- Connect the included power adapter to the input socket of the ISO Power Block V6.
- Insert the correct regional plug adapter into the power adapter.
- Connect the power adapter with main power – the power indicator LED will light up.
- Connect included power cables to your effects pedals and the ISO Power Block V6.
- If you want to link multiple ISO Power Blocks V6, connect the second unit with the 18V DC output of the first unit.
IMPORTANT NOTES: Make sure to use only effects pedals with a polarity of (-) center / (+) outside and with the correct input voltage, to prevent damage to your effect pedals. Also please check that the current draw of your effects pedals does not exceed the maximum current output of each slot and the max. total current output.
