For HV mode, set the max. Peak voltage and current according to the specifications. For HC mode, adjust the settings as needed.

Generator de pași
Set the step rate and pulse width within the specified ranges for accurate measurements.

Folosește volumul colector corespunzătortage range based on the mode of operation for precise readings.

Ideal for measuring the characteristics of various semiconductors such as IGBTs, MOSFETs, transistors, and diodes etc.
