4.1. Important Compatibility Note

The SAMOTECH SM301Z is a Zigbee device and requires a compatible Zigbee hub for operation. It is not a Wi-Fi device and cannot connect directly to your Wi-Fi network. Ensure you have a compatible Zigbee hub (e.g., Samotech SM310ZHA Hub, deCONZ, SmartThings, Hubitat Elevation, Home Assistant) before proceeding.

4.2. Instalarea bateriei

3. Within your Zigbee hub's application, initiate the device search or 'add subdevice' function.
4. The hub should discover the SM301Z sensor. Once detected, follow the on-screen prompts in your app to complete the pairing process.

4.4. Montarea senzorului

The SM301Z sensor is designed for wall mounting. Choose a location where motion detection is desired, keeping in mind the 3-meter maximum range.
