Product Usage Instructions

Machine Setup: Ensure the machine is placed in
an area with access from all four sides. Connect the compressed air
supply within the specified range.
Material Loading: Load machinable material,
fine-wire copper cables, and wire end ferrules with plastic collar
into the designated areas.

Power On: Connect the machine to a 230 V power
source and ensure the control voltage is at 24 V before turning on
the machine.
Operation: Select the appropriate wire store
based on the number of wires for automatic processing. Monitor the
process through the safety limit switches on the bifold doors.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Regularly clean the

The Wire Terminal WT C10 fully automated wire processing machine produces up to 36 different wires fully automatically, with zero manual intervention. Wire ends with cross-sections ranging from 0.5 mm² to 6 mm² may be processed fully automatically without retooling. This includes length-cutting, insulation-stripping, crimping and project-specific labelling of the wires.
