System Diagram

• First, secure the control box mounting bracket to the bed using screws. Then, install the control box into the bracket.
• The control box cannot operate independently and requires a matching remote control for use.
• When shipping the product, a remote control must be matched according to customer requirements.
• The massage connector and the under-bed light connector can be defined through programming.

Test using remote control button definitions (control box function)

1. ZG (Zero Gravity): Sets the bed to the Zero Gravity position, which reduces pressure on the body and promotes relaxation.
2. TV / PC: Sets an ideal upright position for watching TV or using a laptop/computer.
3. M1 (Memory Preset 1): Recalls your first saved custom favorite position.
4. M2 (Memory Preset 2): Recalls your second saved custom favorite position.
5. SNORE (Anti-Snore): Slightly elevates the head section of the bed to help reduce snoring and improve breathing.
6. LOUNGE: Sets a comfortable lounge position for relaxing or reading.
7. Massage Strength (Foot / Down): Decreases the intensity/speed of the foot massage.
8. Massage Strength (Foot / Up): Increases the intensity/speed of the foot massage.
9. Massage ON/OFF (or Toggle): Turns the massage feature ON or OFF.
10. TILT UP: Adjusts the neck/pillow tilt upwards to provide better head support.
11. TILT DOWN: Adjusts the neck/pillow tilt downwards.

Pairing

Simultaneously press and hold buttons 1 and 3 plus the control box pairing button. The buzzer sounds, indicating successful pairing.
