Product Usage Instructions:
1. Power On
Auto power-on when plugged in.
2. Connecting YUNBAO:
Open TAO App, log in, and scan QR code on the device bottom to
connect.
3. Connecting YUNBAO to the Network:
Select WiFi, enter password (YUNBAO and phone must use the same
network). Rebind YUNBAO if WiFi details change.
4. App: Phone Backup
Tap Phone Backup on the Home page, authorize YUNBAO App to
access photo library for backups. View backup files in Home >
Folder or My YUNBAO on web.
5. App: Device Management
In My Devices > Device List, select a device to rename your
YUNBAO, access cloud storage, create AI Agent, and bind other TAO
accounts.
6. Accessing the Web
Obtain YUNBAO’s IP address in TAO App, then log into the web
interface using the provided URL. Ensure all devices are on the
same network.
7. Web Interface Features
Real-time monitoring of input signals, multi-platform streaming,
operation panel controls for live streaming and recordings. Learn
to create AI Agents with your image and voice.
8. My YUNBAO
Displays files from YUNBAO, TAO Cloud, Baidu Cloud, and Dropbox.
Manage files, share with members, and access authorized clouds.
9. Trusted YUNBAO
Shows discoverable YUNBAO devices on the network with
authorization statuses. Request access to unauthorized devices.

Connect YUNBAO to the Network
Select WiFi Enter password (YUNBAO and phone must use the same network) You should rebind YUNBAO if the name and password of the selected WiFi change.

Accessing the Web
1. In the TAO App, obtain YUNBAO’s IP address (Home > My Devices > Device List > Device Info > Open Web). This address is the URL for the web interface.

My LIVE
1. Real-time monitoring for input signals. Click to switch. 2. Multi-platform streaming: copy the streaming address from the target platform and paste it to the Push Streaming address. Fill in the platform description and click Enable. 3. Operation panel: a. Click ON AIR and the content will be streamed to the enabled platforms. b. Click Agent LIVE to select a playlist or video. c. Live and Agent live are automatically recorded. Modify settings and storage locations
in “System Settings”.
Notes: You will learn how to create your own AI Agent with your image and voice in My Agent.

Shows all YUNBAO devices discoverable on the local network, with two statuses: Authorized: You have been granted access to the shared space of this YUNBAO. Unauthorized: Request access to the shared space of this YUNBAO.

My Agent
Upload a local video (featuring yourself or an authorized individual) as prompted, and YUNBAO will generate a realistic Agent. On the “My Agent” page, select an Agent and click “Make a Content” to create Agent videos.
Make a Agent Video: YUNBAO support switch between landscape and portrait, select or upload backgrounds, input texts for AI dubbing. Click [Generate Video] when ready. Note that orientation change will reset all settings about the video.

FAQs
1. Device connection failed after scanning the QR code? Check whether your YUNBAO is powered on or restart the device.
2. Forgot Web Interface Password? Use a probe to press the reset hole on the bottom of YUNBAO for about 10 seconds. The device will restore to its initial state. Log in using the default credentials (admin/12345678). Note: A factory reset will unbind and erase all user configurations irreversibly. Back up important data before proceeding!
3. First-Time AI Agent User? Click the YUNBAO Assistant icon at the bottom right of the “My Agent” page to start the beginner’s guide anytime.
