Materials and Color
The T320 LED product shell uses white and black PC materials. The material of the shell allows normal use at a temperature of -20°C to 60°C, and can ensure good mechanical properties.

Functions and Button Definition

Functions Summary
T320 provides you with a variety of functions and displays to meet your riding needs. The contents displayed as follows:

Button Definition
There are four buttons on the T320 display. Including power button, up button, down button, and walk mode button. In the following description, the power button is replaced with the text “power” button is replaced with the text “Up,” button is replaced with the text “Down,” and the walk mode switch button is replaced by the text “Walk”.

Precautions

Pay attention to safety during use, and do not plug or unplug the meter when the power is on.

Avoid striking or knocking the display.

In the case of errors or malfunctions the display should be returned to your local supplier for repairs/replacements.

Installation instruction

With the bike off, Loosen the fixing screw and adjust the display position to suite your personal needs. Check the plug the connection at the wiring harness to insure a good snug connection.

Operation Instruction

Power ON/OFF
After pressing the Power button shortly, the display starts to work and provides the controller working power. In the power-on state, short press the Power button to turn off the power of the electric vehicle. In the shutdown state, the meter no longer uses battery power, and the leakage current of the meter is less than luA. If the e-bike is not used for more than 10 minutes, the display will automatically shut down.

6km/h Walk assist function
Hold the MODE button after 2 seconds, the e-bike enters the state of walk assist. The e-bike is riding at a constant speed of 2mph (3.5kpy), and the gear position indicator is not displayed. The power-assisted push function can only be used when the user pushes the e-bike, please do not use it when riding.

PAS level setting
Short press the UP or MODE button to switch the power-assisted level of the e-bike and change the output power of the motor. The default output power range of the meter is 0-5 gears, level O is no output level, level 1 is the lowest power, and level 5 is the highest power. The default level when the display turned on is level 1.

Battery Indication
When the battery voltage is high, the five LED power indicators are all on. When the battery is under voltage, the last power indicator flashes for a long time. indicating that the battery is seriously undervoltage and needs to be charged immediately

Error Codes

When the e-bike electronic control system fails, the display will automatically flash the LED light to indicate the error code. For the definition of the detailed error code, see Appendix 1. The fault display interface can only be exited when the fault is eliminated, and the e-bike cannot continue to drive after a fault occurs.

Q: Why can’t turn on the display?

A: Please check whether the battery is turned on or the leakage lead wire is broken

Q: How to deal with the error code display?

A: Contact the e-bike maintenance station in time.

The user manual of this instrument is the general software version (V1.0 version) of Tianjin King-Meter Technology Co., Ltd. The version of display software used on some bike may be slightly different from this manual, and the actual version shall prevail.
