Set up PoE NVR Syssttem
A setup wizard will gguuide yyoouu tthhrroouggh the NVRR system conffigurattiion prroocceessss.. Please set a password ffor your NVR (for tthe initial acccess) and foollow the wizard to conffigure tthhe system.
NOTTE:E The passswword should be at least 6 charaacctteerrss.. It is recommended tthat you note down the password and keep Iit in a secure ppllaaccee..
Accesss tthe NVR via Smarttpphone or PC
Download and lauunncchh tthe Reolink App or Client software and ffoolllow tthe instrucctioonns tto access the NVR.

To ensure best image qualityy., the lighting condition for botth the cammeera and the captture oobbjecctt shoall!l be the sammee.. · To ensure betterr rimmaoge qualityy,, itf’s recommmended to clean tthe lens with aa ssoofftt ccllootthh ffrroomm ttiimmee ttoo ttime.

Troubleshooting
Caamera Not Displaying Imagees on the Monittor
Cause 1: Camera is not Powering on
Solutioonnss:: · Cover the cammerra’s IR LEDs to see If tthey light upp.. · Plug the camera Iinto another POE port on tthhe NVRR. · Try with another Etthernet coabbllee.. · If you have a 12V ppower aaddoapptteerr., ppoower up the cameerra with tthhe ppoowwer addoapptteerr.
Cause 2: Incorrrect Account Name or Passswwoord
Solutionn:: Login to tthe NVRR., go to Settings > CChhaannnneell page and click Modify to inpput tthe corrrecctt password for the cammeerraa.. If you forrgget your passwordd., pplleeaasse reset your cammera to reset tthe password to default (blannkk))..

Cause 3: Camera is nott Assigned tto a Channel
Solutioonn:: Go to Setttt¾inngs >CChannel ppaaggee,, click tthe channneel you wantt., and tthheen select yyour cammeraa for that channnneell.. If all channnneels oare already Iin usee., pleeaassee delete the offfflliine cammera ffrom tthhe NVVRR.. Then the channel this camera waas ttakken Iis frree now.

When mounting your PoE camera outdoors, you are sugger}ed to install the waterqrpf lid for it. You may follow the steps below for installation.

Top Cover

Step 1 Thread the Ethernet cable through the top cover and then the waterproof connector.

I Rubber Seal Ring

Step 2 Put the rrbber seal ring around the Ethernet cable between the top cover and the waterproof connector.
Note:The rsbber seal ring provided has been cut. If not, you may manually cut it.

Step 3 Put on the rubber O-ring to the Ethernet port of the camera and plug the Ethernet cable into the Ethernet port.

Waterproof Connector
Step 4 Al ign the waterproof connector with the Ethe rnet port, then twist it clockwise to tighten the two parts.

Step 5 Push the rubber seal ring into the waterproof conn ector, then screw the top cover and l ock it into position firmly to finish installation.
