Attention

- Do not reverse input voltage polarity!
- Using this product to control high-voltage electrical equipment must be performed by electrical professionals. High voltage danger!
- Note on Relay Contacts: Because high voltage DC electric arc damages relay contacts, the electric load current above DC 60V must be kept below 10A.

Operating Modes
Connect the module to power. The LED digital display will show “U-3”, then enter the selection state. Press the “SET” key to select modes “P-1” to “P-4”. Press “ENTER” to enter the corresponding mode. While any mode is running, press and hold the “ENTER” key for 3 seconds to return the system to the mode selection state.
Hold the “SET” key while connecting power to restore the controller to factory settings.
2.1 Relay close delay time and display off setting (P-1)

Press the “SET” key to set the three-digit values. First to set is the T1 values, press the “ENTER” button to increase the digit values (0-9). T1 is the relay’s open time, and T2 is the relay’s close time.
- Example 1 (Delay Close): Set T1 to 005, T2 to 000. The relay will close after a 5-second delay.
- Example 2 (Delay Open): Set T1 to 000, T2 to 006. The relay will close immediately and then open after 6 seconds.
- Example 3 (Cyclic Run): Set T1 to 005, T2 to 006. The relay will close after a 5-second delay, then open after 6 seconds, running continuously in a cycle. Delay time is adjustable up to 999 seconds.
The display setting “d-0” means the screen remains bright continuously. “d-9” means the display turns off automatically after 9 minutes of inactivity.
2.2 Voltage Control Timer- A (Relay open first, P-2)

Figure 3
In P-2 mode, the controller detects voltage from the “Voltage+ GND” interface (Figure 1) and displays the value (DC 0-99.9V). The relay closes or opens when detecting voltage above the upper limit or below the lower limit.
Press the “SET” button to set the values (the LED display flashes):
- Set the upper limit values first.
- Press the “SET” key three times to configure the lower limit values. Press the “ENTER” key to increase the value. Note: The lower limit cannot exceed the upper limit.
- Press “SET” to switch to voltage correction (up to ± 0.5V).
- Press “SET” again to configure detection sensitivity. “dL1” means a detection delay of 0.1s, and “dL9” means a detection delay of 0.9s.
- Press “SET” to choose between “ON H” or “ON L”:
- ON H: The relay will close (or the time relay will run) when detected values exceed the upper limit, and it remains closed until the voltage falls below the lower limit.
- ON L: The relay will close (or the time relay will run) when detected voltage falls below the lower limit, and it remains closed until the voltage exceeds the upper limit.
If the delay time in P-1 mode has been set, the time relay will act according to the setting of P-1. Short-press the “ENTER” button to view the countdown timer (P-1 setting).
Recommendation: If the upper and lower limit values are set to the same value (e.g., 13.0V), voltage fluctuations may cause frequent contact switching. We recommend keeping a set difference between the upper and lower limits to act as hysteresis.
Note: Ensure the detection voltage interface connection is reliable. Loose connections or uninsulated PCB areas may lead to induced currents or inaccurate voltage detection values.
2.3 Voltage Control Timer- B (Relay close first, P-3)
The difference between “P-2” and “P-3” is the relay’s initial state. The “P-2” mode relay starts open, while the “P-3” mode relay starts closed. The configuration method is the same as section 2.2.
Examples:
- (1) Close delay then open immediately: In P-1 mode, set T1 to 005, T2 to 000, then enter P-2 mode. When voltage detection is above the preset upper limit, the relay closes after 5 seconds. When the voltage drops below the preset lower limit, the relay opens immediately. (Voltage control logic can be reversed by setting “ON H/L”).
- (2) Close immediately then open after delay: In P-1 mode, set T1 to 000, T2 to 006, then enter P-3 mode. When voltage detection falls below the preset lower limit, the relay closes immediately. When voltage detection exceeds the preset upper limit, the relay opens after a delay of 6 seconds. (Voltage control logic can be reversed by setting “ON H/L”).
2.4 Voltage Range Control (P-4)
In P-4 mode, the controller detects voltage and displays current values.
- ON H: The relay will close when detected voltage is outside the preset range (exceeds the upper limit or falls below the lower limit). The relay opens when the detected voltage is within the range between the upper and lower limits.
- ON L: The relay control logic is reversed (the relay closes when voltage is within range, and opens when outside range).
The configuration method is the same as section 2.2.
If a delay time in P-1 mode has been set, the relay in P-4 mode will act according to the P-1 settings when the detected voltage exceeds the upper/lower limits. When the detected voltage returns within range, the relay opens immediately under “ON H” or closes immediately under “ON L”.
Examples:
- With P-1 set to “T1 000, T2 000” and P-4 set to “ON L”: The relay remains closed when voltage is between the upper and lower limits, and opens immediately when voltage is outside the limits.
- With P-1 set to “T1 005, T2 000” and P-4 set to “ON H”: The relay will close after a 5-second delay when voltage is outside the limits, and opens immediately when voltage returns to the normal range.
- With P-1 set to “T1 000, T2 005” and P-4 set to “ON L”: The relay will open after a 5-second delay when voltage goes outside the limits, and closes immediately when voltage returns to the normal range.
Short-press the “ENTER” button to display the countdown timer (P-1 setting).
Troubleshooting
- Device will not behave as expected after power-up: Check whether you want to enter mode selection (press and hold ENTER for 3 seconds) or restore factory settings (hold SET while connecting power).
- Voltage reading or voltage-trigger behavior seems inaccurate: Ensure the detection voltage interface connection is reliable. Loose connections or uninsulated PCB areas may lead to induced currents or inaccurate voltage detection values.
- Frequent relay contact switching in voltage modes: In modes using voltage upper/lower limits (P-2/P-3/P-4), avoid setting the upper and lower limit values to the same number; keep a difference to act as hysteresis.
