CAUTION: To avoid potential shock or other injury, turn power switch OFF and disconnect charger before removing or installing the batteries. Failure to follow these steps in the correct order may cause irreparable damage.

Product Usage Instructions

  1. Step 1: Removing Old Control Module
    1. Twist the black plastic cap and remove (See insert).
    2. Using a 5mm Allen wrench, remove the hex bolt.Razor-MX350-Control-Module-fig- (1)
  2. Step 2: Removing Fairing
    1. Using a 5mm Allen wrench, loosen the two hex bolts underneath the rear of the seat.

  3. Step 3: Removing Battery Cover
    On the opposite side of the charger port, locate and remove the 5 Phillips screws and locknuts on the battery cover using a Phillips head screwdriver and 8mm open wrench. Separate and remove cover.Razor-MX350-Control-Module-fig- (3)
  4. Step 4: Disconnecting Old Control Module
    Carefully cut the zip tie holding the wires together. Disconnect the five white plastic connectors attached to the control nodule by depressing the tab (see insert).Razor-MX350-Control-Module-fig- (4)
  5. Step 5: Removing Old Control Module
    Using a Phillips head screwdriver, loosen the two screws holding the control module in place and remove.Razor-MX350-Control-Module-fig- (5)
  6. Step 6: Installing New Control Module
    Install the new control module using the same two screws previously removed. Reconnect the five white plastic connectors.Razor-MX350-Control-Module-fig- (6)
  7. Step 7: Final Steps
    Reverse steps:
    1. Reattach the battery cover using the same five screws and locknuts previously removed.
    2. Reattach fairing and plastic cap.

Attention: Charge the unit for at least 18 hours before riding.

NOTE: If you received a control module AND throttle, make sure to replace BOTH parts on your unit
